Pros: If you’re staying in Milwaukee for the weekend this place is good for sightseeing. The apartment is clean and in a convenient location for short walks to sights, not in the thick of the bar scene but unbeatable for Bucks games or the breweries. Cons: The walls are thin so if you have small children you may consider something else. The mattresses can only be described as giant stale marshmallows…they hug you, but not in a good way. We enjoyed our stay.

All the fun games they listed, were there but all the pool sticks didn’t have tips so you couldn’t even play, the TVs didn’t even work down there. They claimed they were coming to fix the broken blinds, went into the room left the door open because they had the bolt out and didn’t even fix the blinds. The fan above the stove didn’t even work so cooking made it smokey. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, very hard. The tenants that actually live in the building gave us issues. We tried to grill on the rooftop and the guy kept saying over and over that he lives there and this and that, called my husband bad names for no reason, just because we were from Illinois. Just not a good vibe at all.

Great base camp for a few days in MKE with daughter at Marquette.

This property is in the brewery district. Checking out Pabst and MKE breweries are across the street. The apartment is spacious and had all of the cooking amenities you need. There were a few issues and management took care of them promptly. We will rent again.

Enjoyed our short stay during the holiday season. Great location with direct view of Fiserv Forum. Unfortunately several businesses were closed or limited due to COVID ... we'd love to return when things start to open back up. Underground parking was a bit tight (had to fold in the mirrors of our Acadia to fit), but it was sure nice to have it when we were hit with 5" of snow one night. Check-in and check-out process was easy, and communication with property manager was efficient.
