Condo was awesome! Location, views, accomodations, ammenities, all as advertised. As we experienced the entire island we could not have gotten better accomodations especially for the price, right on. All well worth it! We had 4 adults and it was perfect. Use of the golf cart made everywhere we went very convenient. Yes, there are stairs but our group had no issues, it was not a concern at all. We had one very minor issue with a faulty fire alarm system beeping noise. The only reason I mention it is to say we contacted the property manager, Lisa, and the problem was rectified immediately. Contact with Lisa for that and check in procedures, etc.. all responses were immediate, Great communication. We are already planning a return trip!

Husband and I celebrated our 17yr wedding anniversary here in June. It was our first time at Catalina Island and we absolutely fell in-love with this place. The villa was very spacious for two people and the balcony view was beautiful. We didn't have to leave for dining, we had all of our meals in our villa. The golf cart was fun to ride around town and shop for groceries. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps, although we didn't mind the exercise. Will definitely be returning next year with the kids!!

We came with our two young kids for a end-of-summer getaway and this property was absolutely perfect. Peaceful, amazing views, close to the beach club and the golf cart was KEY. We will definitely book this property next time we visit the island.

Open the front door and the blue ocean is in view ! This island paradise condo is truly a respite from day to day living. Abundant amenities and a golf cart to use for scooting around to and from Avalon. Need to climb steps in this complex but oh so worthy.

Lisa was a wonderful host - great communication. The condo was as described, the view is breath taking. Our family enjoyed the comforts of home and all the amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, golf, tennis and the golf cart). The condo is well stocked which allowed us to cook all our meals (the grocery store is close by). We hope to book this condo again, we had an amazing stay!

Just as described, we had a lovely time! I would like to make this a yearly trip, so beautiful and relaxing!

My husband and I spend four wonderful nights at Lisa's unit at Hamilton Cove. The view was wonderful - truly 180 degrees of ocean. We saw a pod of dolphins frolicking after a boat one day from the balcony. It was very peaceful and quiet at Hamilton Cove when we were there, midweek before Memorial Day. I don't think we heard any noise at all from the unit. The gym was open, and well outfitted for both free weights and cardio. Lisa's unit was 50 steps down from the top, which took it away from any minor road noise, and 120 steps to the pool/gym area. Building 1 was close to the entrance to the community and made zipping around with the golf cart quick and easy. I think it is the perfect location in Hamilton Cove. Getting there was easy with the ferry and a cab to the unit. Avalon was lovely, lots of cute shops and restaurants. There is a well stocked Von's in town. We had a lovely relaxing break away from everything. We can't wait to return. Thanks Lisa for making your beautiful unit available to us!

This property is amazing. The views are beyond gorgeous. French doors open up to the sea and a patio with table and chairs to sit at and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. The unit was clean and roomy. It offered a bedroom, daybed with trundle and a couch bed. Perfect for a family of 4. All the amenities we needed in the kitchen were there. There was even a bbq on the patio. Lisa was amazing. Her directions to the unit and communication while we were there were great! She even mentioned the front door lock and it’s unique quirk for getting it open. So helpful. This unit is about 40 or so stairs from the road where you’ll find a golf cart to use during your stay. It was so convenient to have this available. There is a closet of beach toys, miniature golf clubs and tennis rackets and more. We enjoyed all the amenities Hamilton Cove had to offer. Gloria the cleaner was also awesome. We met her as we arrived. She left extra blankets and towels for our stay. The town of Avalon is a short golf cart drive away. The unit amazing. Lisa was awesome. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

What a beautiful property with a great view and location. The Golf Cart was a must to get around Avalon and back/forth to Hamilton Cove. Lisa was great to work with and the instructions she gave us were very helpful. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Beautiful property, breath taking views. We walked, but we were happy to have the use of the golf cart if needed. We will stay in this rental again.

What an amazing place to stay it was even better than we anticipated! The golf cart that came with the place was great and the view was to die for!

The location was perfect to get away from the crowds! We enjoyed a long weekend of peace and serenity. The view and weather was gorgeous. The golf cart made everything convenient. We cannot wait to return!

This property was beautiful and it was very easy process. Lisa was super helpful in answering all my questions. The fact that this property came with a golf cart made it even better. It was a must have to go explore the island. We had so much fun and will definately be going back.

We had a great experience, first time coming to the island. Lisa, the host, was great, she was able to accommodate us with a loaner golf cart that you'll need to get in and out of Hamilton Cove, while theirs was at the shop. We appreciate that so much. Everyone at the cove was very friendly. Food was great everywhere, all the activities in the island where awesome and the location of this place was great. Kitchen was fully equipped, bed was super comfortable, and the community hot spa during the winter was great. I highly recommend visiting this place and this beautiful island!

Everything was top notch. Communication was great. The unit was very large and well appointed.

This place is more affordable for those offered in Catalina and the host is super nice! The complimentary golf cart is required to make routinely make the trip to Avalon or explore places outside of Hamilton Cove. This worked great for us as we enjoy exploring. I would like to see some small reinvestment in the property to make it a 5 star experience - central heat not working and it was in the upper 40’s during our stay as one example.

My partner and I planned this post Covid adventure to the Jazztrax Catalina Island. Festival. The accommodations where absolutely beautiful and the included golf cart was a pleasant bonus!!!We want to make this an annual trip. I trying to convince my partners to marry on the island. The property was clean and comfortable. The owner was wonderful answering any questions with in minutes. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It was worth getting up early to see the sun rise.

This home was great to stay at, very comfortable, very clean, and just a fantastic place. The view of the harbor up above Hamilton Cove was spectacular. We really enjoyed all the amenities and found the place to be quiet and relaxing.

My first VRBO and it was easy every step of the way. The view was perfection. We went in a busy 3 day weekend and were glad we didn’t stay at a hotel in town. We preferred the quieter area with less people and amazing views. One night we got steaks and shrimp and grilled dinner instead of going out. The owner was accommodating and graciously allowed a late check out because nobody was coming after us. This was a huge help with kids and bags etc. There was also a closet with tennis rackets and pool toys etc which was nice! Nothing to do with the owner but just a heads up to visitors in the area- it’s super cool to see the deer everywhere but also remember to beware of ticks. My husband found one on himself while we were doing the putting green.

The kitchen is well stocked ( nice to have spices and condiments there ) and the condo’s layout is nice and the owner Lisa was very responsive and pleasant to work with . If you watch lots of TV, fair warning that they are dated and tricky to use. ( could use updating , along with bedroom furnishings ). We’ve stayed at many Hamilton Cove condos over the years, and this one rates among the highest for overall value. Enjoy your stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Catalina! We had great communication with Lisa the owner of our rental. She was easy to correspond with and so quick to answer any questions. Her home was lovely and the view was exceptional! Can’t wait to go back
