Excellent experience with Roami. The only issue was cleanliness wasn’t perfect in bathroom. Location was close to bourbon street and superdome. We walked everywhere for food. Perfect location. Safe area. Would definitely do again.

The location is perfect about 4 blocks from the French quarters, Very clean very quiet All the locks are digital so it was easy to get in-and-out. If you have a vehicle parking is a problem. When I visit again I will be staying at this property..

Exactly as described and seen in pictures. Perfect location to be able to explore all New Orleans downtown has to offer! Would recommend to anyone, as well as revisit!!

This location is amazing. Rouse's (grocery store) is only 3 blocks away across Poydras, and there is a great coffee shop literally next door. I used to live three blocks down the road towards the Quarter, so I was already familiar with the area, but this apartment was considerably nicer than mine (and I was in a "luxury" building!).
The hosts were very communicative regarding the check in process and the access codes for the building and room. The front desk is virtually manned, meaning by a human on an ipad. That was totally sufficient for our needs and worked seamlessly.
The apartment itself was great; if anything it's a little nicer than the pictures convey. The ceilings are extremely high, which helped the space feel large. We didn't use the pull-out feature of the sofa, but it was comfortable and the set up of the living room was convenient. I saw a few other reviews mention subpar wifi, but I worked remotely from the apartment all week (multiple video calls included) and it worked perfectly. I should also mention it was very well air conditioned, which is not common in New Orleans.
All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend it to my friends. It was so easy and comfortable that I honestly regretted that I had to move into another hotel for the wedding I was attending after my stay here.

Condo was great. Location was equidistant from French Quater and Uptown. Parking on site was not available. There was a $37/ night valet service (not available during heavy parade days) or a $20+/day garage 1/2 a block away.

This property far exceeded our expectations! Clean, trendy, walking distance, safe, and esthetically pleasing! This is the best property I’ve stayed at in my five trips to NOLA. We will book in the future, whether in NOLA or through another Sextant Property.

Mardi Gras home base
My family & I stayed for 8 days during Mardi Gras. Great location. Loved the courtyard, sitting room & gym as well! Elevator closest to our room was broken for our entire stay, but that did not affect us as we were able use the stairs. One bedroom apartment w/pullout couch in LR was sufficient for us, however the couch springs were broken & sagged to the floor if laid upon. Luckily we knew a local & they provided an air mattress. There were a couple of other things that were not up to par. 1. One of our two stools had a broken leg. 2. There was NO discount for parking in the designated parking garage, even though we were told by Stay Alfred that there was. 3. Our spare blanket looked like someone had vomited spaghetti sauce on it. We had to wash it before using it.
4. There is NO full length mirror in the apartment. 5. No broom/dustpan to clean up our own messes.
Mostly minor stuff, but made a note of it as an inconvenience.

Location good, kitchen excellent, Bathroom very good, living room excellent , Bedroom good, but the BED TERRIBLE bad conditions this is the poor bed we rented ever in our vacation , please take care this bed to avoid bad experience for your guess !!!!

Good place, but could use some attention.
Very nice place, well organized and maintained. Most everything worked, there is a broken bar stool, the floors are sticky when walked on with shoes and turn our feet black when bare footed. The bathroom could use some close attention to cleaning. The shower needs a good scrubbing and the corners needs detailing. However, overall this is a great find in New Orleans!

Street lights, but centrally located
I would HIGHLY recommend this property with one warning: street lights! If a bright room at night, with the shades closed, doesn't bother you, then you are good to go! Fortunately, we brought sleeping masks which was a sleep-saver.
EXCELLENT off-Quarter location (4 easy blocks to Canal street). Our assigned condo was at the end of the hall which landed itself to more privacy. The ambiance in our unit was perfect: clean and didn't feel like a hotel. Dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent are provided for 3 wash cycles but the Housekeeping staff can provide extras when needed. Less the headboard on the bed and the decor on the nightstands, the condo was as pictured. We are looking forward to returning to this location, and hopefully the same unit.
Lastly, I'd also recommend the paid parking lot due to the lack of parking in the immediate area.

Great place to stay while visiting NOLA.
This was the perfect place to stay while visiting New Orleans. When I booked it said it was located in the French Quarter but I don't think it was. However, it was perfect for us as it was walking distance to the entertainment, restaurants and shops but outside the immediate flurry of Bourbon Street etc.
The "apartment" was very nice....clean and just the right size for us empty nesters. Easy to get to, easy to get in and out. If I were ever to go back to NO I would definitely stay here....but I don't think I will go back. Bourbon Street smelled, too many lines and too many drunks. We enjoyed the visit but there are many other places in the USA to see.

Great location and cool building- condo itself not great
Location was perfect for the Saints game, visiting the French Quarter and site seeing. Building itself was very nice. Inside the condo was not clean- dirty floors, bathroom not clean. Also, the bed was not a king as advertised and was very uncomfortable- did not seem to be a normal mattress and was only a foot off the ground. Pillows were very stiff and left me aching in the morning.

Upscale condo mid hotel and French quarter
The “Factors Row” suites were totally renovated in the last couple of years. Everything was new, high-end and gave us great luxury comfort. Our king 1-bed, 1-bath unit included a very spacious living room, dining area, kitchen,, plus washer/dryer (what’s better for travellers?).
The building was all very new, had great staff and security.
We would stay there anytime in New Orleans and would sincerely recommend this for any couple/group they can accomodate for your dates.
