Wonderful home, beautiful view, great location

Our stay in Liza's Princeville home was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious and had more than enough rooms for all of us to sleep. The kids enjoyed all the games and the loft area. We all enjoyed hanging out on the lanai that over looked the back yard and park. We also really appreciated the use of the bikes, beach gear (which even included a cooler!) and the basketballs. The market was a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!

Liza is a great host! This is our 2nd year in a row staying 28 nights in her rental property and we'll be looking to book for another monthly 3rd stay around same time next year. North Shore Princeville does not disappoint. My nieces are 4 and 8, my father in law is pushing 80 and we all had a great time as this house is a great central place for family to gather and create memories. Thank you Liza!

House was very comfortable for 2 families of 5 (ages 8-12 and a 15 year old) Very spacious. plenty of room in the yard for the kids to run around. Neighbors who lived on the street who we interacted with were very nice. Great location for exploring the island and a close walk to the shopping center/grocery store. Had to get ahold of the owners with an issue that was of our doing and they were very accommodating and communication was quick and easy.

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our large family (grandparents, siblings, cousins). Each family had a room and the living space had a lot space that it didn’t feel cramped and gave some extra space to quietly have their alone time. The location and amenities was perfect for this family of readers (walking distance to the library), explorers (bikes in the garage), gamers/puzzlers (lots of options in the house), beach go-ers (provided sand toys, beach chairs, picnic blanket, cooler), fitness junkies (walking distance to neighborhood exercise equipment and even a playground next to it for the kids). It really was the perfect space and location. The owners/managers were very responsive and responded right away when we needed something too.

Great property, accurate description, in a great neighborhood. Perfect size for our group of 11. We loved being so close to different beaches and activities.

The house is superb and really, really well equipped. The outdoor is really nice and the infrastructure (e.g. grocery, etc.) can be reached via bike. We enjoyed the stay and had an amazing time. best regards Ben

This home was perfect for our family vacation, kitchen was nice, barbecue on the deck as we all sat around chatting Living room big enough so we could all relax after a long day of exploring the beautiful island and a short walk to the local market. The house was beautiful and spacious. They left a fruit basket on the counter welcoming us to the house full of papayas, (best) mangos, and (yummy) bananas. There are plenty of beds but only 1 king, 1 queen. All other beds are smaller, and one of them is in a common space. The person who slept in the common space used an additional closet in the downstairs hallway. The only bad thing I can say is that the floors didn't feel entirely clean, but if you don't walk around barefoot, then it's not a problem. Everything else was clean and tidy. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with pots, pans, plates, and more, making it easy to cook at the house. They have lots of beach chairs, some boogie boards, and some snorkeling equipment that came in handy. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Once a week, they have a little farmers market selling fruits, food, soaps, teas, clothing, bags, and more. One thing to be aware of is that it is about an1hr from the airport (Lihue) and 1hr 30 min to Koloa. Most of the ATVs, ziplining, and boat charters tend to be on that side of the island. We drove there about 6 out of 8 days that we were there. If you are not planning to do many activities or don't mind the drive (we didn't and got to see lots of the Island), then I definitely recommend staying in the Princeville area.

Good Except only one bed of double or larger Barbecue did not work only would get up to 250 degrees

What an an amazing place to stay! The home is well equipped with everything that you would need. We were back and forth between Hanalei Bay and the house. The home is conveniently located so you can walk to the market to get coffee. The host are extremely nice and easy to get in touch with. We loved our stay and already planning to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great with beautiful scenery. Couple concerns were that the air conditioning unit did not cool the space, making it a bit uncomfortable at night especially when trying to sleep and the sleeping availability is not as accommodating for adults, as one room had a day bed that is more accommodating for children.

A truly tranquil and comfortable home and neighborhood! On arrival we had a gorgeous floral bouquet and a basket of island fruits waiting for us - a great welcome ! We were a party of 9 and the house was big enough for more without it feeling cramped. The home is as described and had loads of "extras" including board games, beach chairs and k-cups. Not a big issue (since the grocery store is minutes away), but we would have loved it if the home came with salt, pepper and sugar. The home is located close in Hanalei Bay and beaches with the best snorkeling! But I'm leaving the best for last: this vacation would not have gone smoothly if it weren't for the impeccable communication from Liza - especially during emergencies. By staying here, one feels there's always someone on standby to help with any and all issues that arise. Also, the host provided a playlist that made our vacation extra special ! Mahalo!

We loved the property and it's convenient location very close to our favorite attractions on the island (beautiful and laid back Hanalei and amazing north shore beaches, Napali coast and Kalalau trail). The house itself was very comfortable in a beautiful Princeville neighborhood. We loved the morning jogs on paved sidewalks (lots of joggers and walkers in later mornings) and easy access to Foodland grocery store and local restaurants, coffee shop and boutiques. Definitely would highly recommend this home to anyone. Thank you!

The home is lovely bright updated and clean. The neighborhood and area are amazing. We loved the deck in the mornings and evenings.

The home is perfect for our large family. There was so much space for everyone. We loved all the tropical flowers and welcome basket filled with local fruits. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed staying there. It has everything we needed. We will be returning.

This was so easy-and this home is so lovely. It is beautiful inside, with a pretty neighborhood and the A/C made it very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Mahalo!

Very welcoming on arrival with a fresh fruit basket to greet us. Fresh flowers brightened the living and kitchen areas and very spacious in the common area. All the amenities of home, with a Foodland in walking distance of the property. Beautiful beaches to visit and enjoy, the kids spent every day of our stay at one of these beaches. A definite 2 thumbs up if you're planning a visit.

Our check- in was easy. For family that traveled from Portland, it was easy to settle in after a long day. The young Keiki enjoyed running around in the large back yard. Unfortunately, foodland’s refrigerated sections were not working but we were able to get the groceries we needed. We were able to enjoy the beaches and playgrounds in the area. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you!

We loved this house! The owner was incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. The layout and bedding arrangements were perfect for our two families. Easy and fast communication when needed. Loved the upstairs kitchen/dining/living area and outer decks. Easy access to Hanalei and Na Pali. Close to the grocery store. Really fabulous place - I’d go back again in a heartbeat!

Nice stay

We traveled with 3 generations and there was plenty of room to spread out, cook, play games and enjoy the gorgeous backyard from the deck. A fruit basket was a welcome touch for us when we arrived as we had traveled all day. I would recommend this lovely property in a very nice neighborhood.

We stayed at this lovely house in Princeville for 5 days in November 2021. The owners and managers of this house are fantastic. They are super responsive and worked with us quickly and with lots of aloha spirit when we needed both to reschedule a trip, as well as when we had a couple of minor issues after arrival. Some of the best hosts I've ever worked with!The home is situated near the Foodland grocery store and the Princeville shopping center - nice and close to conveniences, north side attractions and to Hanalei. Not really within walking distance to any beaches (20+ min walk to the closest beach) but still a great location.The house itself is really nice and very clean and spacious. The upstairs living area, kitchen, and dining spaces as well as the lanai are fabulous. The spaces are updated, super clean, and modern. The upstairs features a mini-split AC unit which you hardly even need because the house is so well ventilated. The downstairs area where all but one of the bedrooms are is less updated - the guest and master baths in particular feel a little dated, but still everything is super clean and comfortable. We had a small issue while staying with fruit flies but this is not due to lack of maintenance or care - just a part of being on an island, and the owners/managers were really quick and responsive to help us temper the issue.
