We come up every year, a group of ~13 from three families, and tend to move from property to property because there is either not enough space or something missing. We found this cabin to be about perfect --- spacious with room to gather; comfortable beds; theater area and game room; large den and dining area; and great communication with the property contact. We will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation experience in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The accommodations were excellent—— there was plenty of room for our family of 15 and the pool table was a huge hit with everyone. To top it off, we were able to experience a winter snowfall! I would suggest more garbage bags and toilet paper for 15 people but perhaps we just didn’t find it. This is just a suggestion and in no way changes my positive thoughts concerning my rental of this property. We were delighted with the facilities as well as the location.

This cabin is Awesome! There were some minor issues out of the control of the host. It was during the coldest it’s been in over a decade but Brandon stayed in contact with me the entire time. Trip was 12/22-12/26! Close to everything and our young adults had a ball.

This cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! It is very new, well kept, and so convenient to all the things we wanted to enjoy in the area. We couldn't believe how easy it was to get to shopping areas, attractions, and Dollywood. We experienced great communication from the owner, and our overall experience was fantastic!

We were a little disappointed considering the price. The 5 BR cabin had a nice layout and ample space, but was not clean. Spider webs and dead bugs in corners- dust bunnies under the beds. Also had a few hazards such as nail heads poking up from the deck and rocking chairs, area rug tripping hazard. The hot tub didn’t have sufficient power for more than two sets of jets at a time, so one of the features for which we chose this property wasn’t working. It would have been nice to have instructions for TV usage, dishwasher, refrigerator settings, etc. We were a family party of all adults and had higher expectations. We were also close to the main road and it was noisy. This is probably a great place for families with kids as it is close to attractions and had a nice game room.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean. It was spacious, open and very welcoming. The cabin had more than enough space for 4 families. We had 8 adults and 7 children, and everyone had a place to comfortably sleep. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were amazing. Each of the 4 bathrooms had plenty of stocked towels to last us 3 full days. The cabinets were stocked with everything you need to cook great meals for everyone. The game room in the basement was perfect for kids and adults. Golden Tee was a hit for the adults of course. The location was perfect! It was easy to get to, close to many attractions, restaurants, a grocery store just a few minutes away and very close to the Cal Ripken Baseball Complex which is where we spent our weekend. We didn’t have to get on the main road where all the traffic is to get to where we needed to go, which was absolutely amazing!! Also, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. They were very accommodating, answered all our questions and were very kind. We all highly recommend this cabin and will look to stay here again in the future!!!

Our family loved this cabin, lots of well appointed rooms and plenty of seating for everyone to watch a movie or play some great games that were provided.... The video golf game was a big hit.

Amazing stay. The cabin is beautiful and so convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. We loved the spacious living areas. Many hours of watching Netflix on the comfy couches. We even had a few rounds of pool and golf!! The most amazing and relaxing weekend. It was so needed and so restful for this group of moms. We all have twins or triplets. LOL. Between the 8 of us we have 24 kids who all got left at home!! The only downside was the road to the house. Little curvy and narrow. I just closed my eyes and hit the gas!! The cabin was super clean and the hot tub was so relaxing.

There were 12 of us and the cabin was very spacious. Great game room which kept the guys entertained. Perfect location to Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Place is beautiful. Well equipped with all the amenities as listed. Place is very close to the town and at the same time gives you a secluded cabin dealing up in the mountains. All in all, it was an wonderful stay.

Booked this cute cabin for my birthday weekend & it didn’t disappoint one bit. Spacious yet cozy, super clean & equipped with all the amenities you need. Also very close to attractions. Communication was amazing before, during & after checkout. Highly recommend.

My family plus my sister's family and our mom took to the Smokies and enjoyed a week in Pigeon Forge. There were 14 of us with ages ranging from 6 to ummm...well seasoned. With so many, there was a concern about bathroom space and availability--there was no problem at all. We had space for everyone without feeling crowded. Nine kids/teens had a blast downstairs in the games/entertainment area, which kept the upstairs a little calmer, and the location of the property gave us easy and quick access to the fun in town. I wish we could have stayed just a bit longer!

This is a great house for all ages! We used it for our family vacation and had ages 11-82. All were entertained because of the amenities. We especially enjoyed the decks on both levels. It has a great location-away from the busyness of the town, yet close to attractions.

We had a great time and we were all comfortable in this cabin. There were 13 of us.

Enjoyed being in natural environment but still close to all attractions. Property is well worth renting!
