We had a wonderful stay at Kithurst Barns. The property is beautiful and just a fantastic space for a group to get together - plenty of room if you need your own space and a brilliant large area to socialise in. We just loved it!

I didn't think it would be possible but the property is even more impressive than the photos show. We were a group of 11 friends staying for a long weekend. It's the most well-equipped property I've ever stayed at - there are two kitchens, making meal times for a large group really easy to manage, two living rooms, and of course lots of outside space. Everything felt so clean and new, and Vicky was great with communication from check-in until check-out. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

Spent an amazing 2 weeks at this property and it was hard to leave! The property is beautiful, both inside and out, and is set in a quiet, idyllic location, with views of the Downs. It is very spacious with high-end finishes throughout and extremely well equipped - everything has been thought of, to provide the perfect stay for guests. We enjoyed many al fresco meals in the beautifully landscaped courtyard garden. From the initial booking, communications with Vicky and Emma were excellent. I would highly recommend this property; it far exceeded my expectations. Hoping to return on our future trips to the U.K.

The pictures and description of this property on the web site do not do it justice. This is lovely holiday accommodation which I would recommend for a maybe acouple of families wanting to spend some luxury time together. The family areas are spacious and facilities very good. Bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. Gardens are beautiful with the added advantages of various seating areas, BBQ games room and Hot Tub. Perfect getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Barns. It was the perfect location, layout and setting for our celebration with friends and family. Being designers, we very much appreciated the architecture, beautiful interior, magnificent garden and attention to detail in the property. Having two great kitchens, living spaces open to the garden, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and activities, including a hot tub, ping pong table and games room, the house was a perfect for our group and worked extremely well. On arrival we found the house beautifully clean, tidy, extremely well organised and well stocked for large groups and we received a very warm welcome. The property manager was excellent and very helpful throughout the booking, responding quickly to any questions and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We look forward to coming again and would recommend this property very highly for any group gathering looking for style, luxury and a relaxing get away!

This property was beyond expectations. It is unique and extremely beautiful. It is very well equipped in every way. The living space and outdoor space is superb especially in relationship to numerous of bedrooms. A great place for a special family event. Lots of opportunity to have long evenings of fabulous meals and conversation. Not inexpensive but worth it!

The house is beautiful. We were 3 families for a long weekend and it couldnt have been more perfect. Plenty of space inside and out for the kids and adults. A picture perfect walled garden and beautifully decorated throughout. Plenty of bedrooms. Great communication! We couldnt fault anything and would love to go back one day...

These barns are really special, we stayed over our wedding weekend with our families and it was fantastic. There is everything you need and the gardens in particular are beautiful - everyone of us who stayed said we wished we owned it! The hosts Vicky and Emma were very responsive and helpful even giving us an early check in and late check out. We can’t wait to come back!

It’s a beautiful property. Everything has been thought of and we were well looked after by the owner and manager. We booked the chef, Elia, who is listed in the property information, and she was wonderful. Delicious food and delightful personality. Perfect Pamper were also exceptional. Very well equipped kitchen(s), and lot of games and activities to do. Highly recommended!

Wow! Let’s start by saying the images didn’t do good for the place! For the first time we visit a place were in real life it’s 100% better that the images which is almost impossible! The most detailed and beautiful interior I have ever seen, it’s luxurious yet still cosy and warm. Layout is amazing and the beds are soooo comfortable. If you are reading this comment and thinking to book, don’t hesitate and go ahead , trust me you won’t regret it a bit The hosts are so sweet and easygoing, they quickly reply and so friendly.

This property is beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice- we were blown away! We had family and friends from the UK come as we came in from America. It was great for all ages! The game room was a serious hit!! They have thought of every detail in this property- it is luxury! Beds, linens, kitchens all top notch!

We chose this property on the basis of the description, the photos and all the glowing reviews, but the reality on arrival far exceeded our very high expectations - it really did have that WOW factor in every area and room as we explored! It is beautifully styled, furnished and equipped to an incredibly high standard.All the facilities were outstanding, the hot tub on a sparkly frosty evening was quite magical, and the games room provided extra fun. We were there with three generations of our family to celebrate both a 70th and a 1st birthday, and all ages had the most wonderful and memorable weekend. We couldn’t possibly have chosen anywhere better.It is a simply stunning property in a wonderful location, and we would love to return.

This property blew us away! We were giddy with excitement when we arrived, it really has the wow factor and far exceeded our expectations, it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - the perfect place for a family celebration, nobody wanted to leave at the end of our stay. I booked this property for my partner's 50th birthday, the whole experience from booking the property, to leaving the property and everything in between was simply incredible! If anyone is considering this property for a holiday, or special family occasion, you will not be disappointed! - I would also recommend Chef Elia (she was recommended by hosts Vicky and Emma!) From entering the premises you get the immediate WOW factor, catered for all ages from 2-85 family celebration 60th wedding Anniversary & 30th Birthday everything is of top quality and high spec and we all had a fab time and hope to return.

From the photos and the other reviews, we knew Kithurst Barns would have everything we needed for a wonderful week away as a family - and having just returned we were in no way disappointed. Highlights: - Beautiful setting with views from the main barn, master bedroom and hot-tub across the hills. - Plenty of space for a combined family of 12, both inside and out, for relaxing and eating together (or apart!). - High quality and really thoughtfully furnished, from the well equipped kitchens to the garden furniture and umbrellas. - Clean, spacious, and very comfortable throughout. - Thoughtful and accommodating hosts, who communicated brilliantly before, throughout and after our stay. Including being really responsive and helpful when I had an issue. Vicky, Emma - we can't thank you enough for a wonderful week at your property, and I hope we get a chance to visit again!

Amazing grounds, house and facilities- everyone in our group was wow’d by the whole place. We spent three days exploring the venue and trying to soak up the whole atmosphere- epic place!

This property is amazing, from all angles. From the outside to inside appearance, open the entrance entrance right into the most private courtyard, beautifully planted and manicured. Inside and out, there are several kitchens, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms as well as sitting and dining areas. Interior design and the stunning beams and accents. Loved this Home. Home is exactly how you feel.

We recently returned to from a long weekend at this property - I really wish we could have stayed longer. What a stunning place, it really has everything. Lots of space for all us to spread out, find a quiet place with a book, lovely big tables for jolly meals with friends, stunning views from the hot tub at sunset, top quality bedding / kitchen equipment / BBQ etc. A lot of love has gone into this place. Great comms with the owners. 10/10 would fully recommend.

We expected a lot from this property we had carefully selected but it gave us so much more than we could ever have imagined - simply stunning.

It's not often a property is better than the photos but this really is. I can't fault anything, it is a beautiful spacious property, beautiful gardens and location, high end decor and appliances, fully kitted out with everything you need and more! We had a great long weekend, Vicky & Emma are very friendly an accommodating, also leaving a lovely welcome basket.

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. We enjoyed a visit to Arundel Castle, walked some of the South Downs way, and went to Littlehampton Beach. Vicky also helped us book in two therapists to come to the property for some massages, which were the best we have ever had. The property had a fully equipped kitchen and huge bbq. The courtyard was also perfect for an Easter egg hunt with my children.
