Short walk from our apartment to the beach and from there about a half mile more to Jobos beach. Clean, quiet and secure location. Beautiful balcony under a starry sky. What is there not to love?

The unit was clean, modern, a wonderful view of the ocean located near a grocery store and restaurants and very calm condo complex and secure. On the other hand, if you plan to stay for a week or more, there is no real dedicated space to put your things so you can't unpack your luggage or put your grocery if you make one.The outside table that you see on the pictures is no longer there just the 4 chairs so you have to eat sitting on 2 stools and eat on a small piece of furniture next to the refrigerator. If there is 4 persons in the unit I'mnot sure were the other 2 are supposed to eat. So we had to leave our luggage open on the second bed and grab our clothes from there.So plan a 3 days stay for 2 persons and eat out for the most part and you wiil be OK

We enjoyed the condo. The view and balcony was the best part. Lots of room outside. Walked on the beach, played some basketball. Pool was a little chilly, but clean. I would recommend a luggage rack or two. Would stay again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property in Puerto Rico, and it exceeded our expectations. Our time here was magical, making it the perfect backdrop for our romantic getaway. First and foremost, the property itself is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a quiet and well-maintained area, it provided the ideal setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The convenience of having a pool and a private beach right on the property allowed us to unwind in style, with stunning views all around. One of the standout features of this rental is its strategic location. Being close to a gas station proved incredibly handy for quick provisions, ensuring we were always stocked up on refreshing drinks and tasty snacks. And, oh, the food truck parking lot right next door turned out to be a delightful surprise! We started our mornings with an amazing acai bowl from one of the trucks – a perfect way to kickstart our day. The balcony, adorned with charming egg-shaped swings, became our favorite spot to take in the breathtaking views. Whether sipping on a morning coffee or sharing a quiet evening together, the ambiance was simply enchanting. The proximity to Jobos Beach was the cherry on top; we loved the convenience of being so close to the shore and taking advantage of the nearby attractions. In summary, this VRBO property is a true haven for those seeking a blend of tranquility, convenience, and natural beauty. We will be back soon!

Location and cleanliness & deck were very good. We enjoyed our visit including the beach walks,the pool & the food trucks. However, be aware there is no dining table in or outside and be prepared with absolutely everything you need if you want to cook there. Perhaps it is suited better for shorter stays.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the check in and check out process was easy. The apartment was very well appointed and perfect for one or two people. The property was as described and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The 4 flights of stairs were not a problem for us.

This place was perfect for my husband and i. The area is in a small town with convenient restaurants near by, bakeries and shops in town. Close to Aguadilla if you want a larger town. The apartment had everything we needed, the pool was great, and the beach was wonderful to walk every morning. Would come back again.

This is my second time staying at this apartment. It’s the perfect location in Isabela. Right outside this Complex is Jobo Food Stop where you can hang out and enjoy a meal and some dessert. There is also a gas station with a convenient store (which has everything). Washer / Dryer is a plus Pool area was nice and clean. Rent a car and travel the West side of this island.

Property was clean and check in/out was easy. Good location, by beach, near food spot and gas station.

The unit was very clean and just as described. Host responded quickly. We did have to leave immediately after check in due to an emergency and host would not consider any refund but I understood as it was last minute. Only minor drawback was that there were no basic staples in unit i.e. salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc.

The host was responsive and the location was everything. Thank you, we will certainly be returning.

Stayed here for a week while family stayed in other units in this complex. Outfitted plainly and minimally, much like a hotel room (nice and clean!). Gorgeous view of the complex and the beach from the outdoor patio — big selling point of the unit. Strong and reliable aircon unit cooled down the whole place, even when it was 95º outside. Dishes, cooking utensils, ice cube trays, etc. provided. Host was immediately responsive when I needed help. Great location within the complex, but be prepared for 4 flights of stairs!

Place and pool was very good. Pool close to early. Did not really get to enjoy much time in it.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is exactly as it presents in the photos. We enjoyed the beautiful view every day and found the studio to be stocked adequately. Waleska was wonderful to work with. We had a challenge with the hot water at first. She was extremely responsive and resolved the issue ASAP. I would recommend this spot for those who don’t need a lot of fuss but want to stay in a very clean and very comfortable spot with a gorgeous view.

We had a very relaxing week. Loved the complex and all of the people there. Really enjoyed the food truck park out front. There was everything you could want to eat. Avoid if you don’t do stairs. It’s a third floor walk up with outstanding views.

The unit was clean and quiet. It was supplied with everything we needed. We were able to make our own meals and had all the supplies we needed. We were also able wash our clothes as needed. We did need to buy detergent. The pool was nice and the beach right out back is gorgeous with lots of beautiful shells and reef for the kids to explore. The location was perfect for our family too. We were able to explore the area and we were conveniently located no more than an hour from the attractions we wanted to visit(Rincon, Crash Boat, Gozalandia waterfall). Our overall stay was amazing and we plan on returning soon.

Very nice studio with a beautiful view from the spacious patio. Very close to Jobos and the Jobos Food Stop.

We had a nice stay stay at Maria's place. The location is great with many small local eateries and shops nearby. Easy beach front access. Nice grounds in a secure, gated complex. Parking very close to building entrance. The apartment itself was small but very clean and has a large outdoor patio area with direct line of view towards the ocean. With exception of the egg chairs being under a covered roof the rest of the patio is uncovered so furniture is often wet/damp due to rain shower spurts. Please prepare to carry luggage up 5 flights of stairs to reach the apartment, there are no elevators. There is not a complete wall between the bathroom door and living/sleeping area lacking "noise" privacy. The water pressure is quite low so only 1/2 the shower head worked. The washer and dryer are quite loud but work great. The fridge is large and works fine, there is a knocking sound it makes. We were not able to successfully lock either patio door. We ran into trouble getting the main entrance door to lock, the host was very responsive and was able to fix it the following day. I was not able to locate a fire/carbon monoxide alarm anywhere. I do travel with my own though backup in these scenarios. The AC worked great! All in all we enjoyed our stay here! It was an affordable place to stay. Isabel is a lovely coastal beach town.

This property is very clean, with an efficient use of space and a gigantic balcony. The pool is clean and never crowded, the beach is very clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend staying here, just note the amount of stairs (4 sets) to walk up and down.

Perfect studio, great location! My husband, daughter and myself were comfortable. We have stayed at this complex before- Haudinar. It’s a perfect location-close to beach and restaurants. There is a gas station and convenient store right out front. There are also food trucks there as well. We went horseback riding at Tropical Trail Rides down the street and it was beautiful. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great host, easy to communicate. Besides a condo flooding issue we found out when we arrived (that they cleaned quickly for us) we didn't have any issues. The location is convenient, there are food trucks near by, and restaurants and grocery stores at minutes driving. As suggestion for improving, we noticed that there are some essential things missing at the kitchen, like dish wash sponge, dish towel, dish drainer, etc. The frying pan and some other stuff were dirty. Basic supplies like oil, salt and pepper could be provided with the kitchen so to make it more convenient and prevent waste as everyone has to buy it. The main thing that bothered me was the missing stools at the kitchen. We had to eat standing up when it was raining or wet outside as the dinner table with chairs is located in the balcony open to the weather. Overall it was a good experience and these are just suggestions for improvement.

My son and I had an AMAZING time in this property and in PR. Everything was clean and as described. My son LOVED the egg swings on the patio. It was a bonus that there were pool noodles and some boogie boards stored outside! I only wished there was a bath mat and some dish towels/paper towels, but none of that would hinder us from renting this place again!!

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. Checking in was super easy and the owner gave us plenty of information before we arrived. Everything was clean and the area was quiet. We were close to the gas station, Jobos Food Stop, and plenty of beaches. The only downsides were the shower water pressure and the open area in the wall of the bathroom above the door (hard to have privacy with an open space), but we made it work. We would definitely recommend this place for any couples looking to get away to their own little paradise.
