We liked the location. Able to walk around to many parts of the city close to the hotel. Hot water was available.

The property is poorly maintained. TV didn't work. Staff trying to access room without knocking your door and leaving your door unlocked after cleaning. We did not have any expectations about the place due to the price paid. Reservations are kept in a notebook, no computer at the "from desk". Reservations are not up-to-date. Had to wait a few minutes until from desk got a hold of somebody through text messages to confirm my reservation. We had to do an early check out 😕

I stayed in #30. You can hear all the people walking and talking outside the wall. Also everything shuts down after 7pm. Not much happening unless cruise ships dock

pretty close to the most interesting area of puerto plata

this was actually a place that couples rent by hour, so I found at the hall a packaging of condom and also in the room was a few close condom sachet

The location is good.

Really a lot of things. First, I booked a Standard Twin room and they gave me a double and they told me that if I wanted the standard Twin room (The one that i reserved) I had to pay an additional cost. On the other hand, the sink had a water leak and the showers are very uncomfortable.

This hotel is located within walking distance of some of the best tourist attractions in Puerto Plata. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly.

Perfect location. Would go again for a short stay.

Staff is a bit loud and the street is noisy in the morning. I could sleep well, though, even with a light sleep. Room had no real window and was very dark.

Location, location, location. Traveling with friends and 5 young kids between us, this place offered a bargain and put us a short walk to everything we needed. We were able to see the Umbrella Street, the Pink Street, the town center, and walk to several great family friendly places to eat. Plus they provided secure parking. Excellent hot water shower!

Very noisy outside, 2nd floor likely quieter. The great location means street noise, a trade off I guess. Beds was not very comfortable, but it was fine for one night.

Very noisy until late night, both street noise (motorcycles) and in the hallways due to loud speaking staff and people getting in and out Don't expect anything special. Basic place to sleep.

It is located in a nice and quiet area. Many bus stations are within walking distance.

You can only pay cash and the staff couldn't speak english. The equipment was not in the best condition, our toilet seat was broken. For information only: there is no hot water in the shower.

Location, funny and friendly staff and value for money

Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The personal was very friendly and helpful when we had problems with a leaking sink.

Could have been cleaner. There was a lot of humidity in the room as there were no proper windows but only lamelleas and it was raining a lot during our stay. This could also be the reason why we found some bugs in the room. When we were leaving, the cleaning lady was a little bit intrusive and would even come into our room before we had left.

Good location, air conditioning worked perfectly, warm water was running

Room wasn’t cleaned, there were cockroaches under bed and in bathroom (after informing the staff and asking for different room, we got new one). Wifi was very poor in both rooms.
