I checked out at 1045 am and latest checkout is 11am no questions asked. They kept my deposit with no remorse.

The location,
The host Vera was absolutely rude and unprofessional, the check in process was horrible.
I didn’t get to stay there the first night.
The host was Vera, and I was treated so poorly and unprofessional that I declined Heath because of the stress she was as rude that I have ever experienced in my life.
A nightmare!
I waited until 3 AM and she ignored me .
I have requested a refund for the stay , because I didn’t stay there the first night because I couldn’t get checked in!

No one was responding to me when i called to get in to the property, never received an email or message on how to get in as well, had to ask a guest on what to do. Was told someone would come to fix it and no one came.

The location was good
The service from the staff online was disappointing . I was emailing the owner and needed information and I was completely ignored. They kept sending me updates about work happening at the property but never addressed the issues I had. The couch that converts to a bed was so dirty. The iron didn't work. When I finally decided to text the people who gave me their number to use for issues they told me to only communicate through the booking app. It was just meh. I wouldn't stay there again.

Beautiful apartment, felt safe with a great small pool to lounge. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The location was good if you wanted to stay outside the city. Great food places close by. The kitchen has everything you need.
The couch had stains on it which we just used a sheet when we needed to use as a bed. You can hear the upstairs people move around at night or in the morning.

the apartment was clean. close to our venue
lots of construction and location looked more like a renovated motel. not a lot of parking. had to take a cold shower because we were not told the temperature setting was backwards/ hot was actually cold and cold was hot. could have used that information before check in

This is a lovely rental in a nice, quiet neighborhood complex with good security. It's by the pool, but toward the back of the complex, and noise was NEVER an issue. Decorating is lovely, very soothing, and everything that you could possibly need has been provided. Internet was nice and fast, and even functioned during a violent storm! There are decent options for dining and groceries within an easy walk, and a slightly longer walk will get you to some really fun neighborhoods. Downtown isn't far away either, and the bus connections look good.
I wish that the weather would have cooperated so that I could use the pool. Oh, well... No complaints.
