Il manque des plaques de cuisson pour nous qui cuisinons beaucoup, mais c’etait spécifié, nous n’avons donc pas été surpris.

Excellent accommodation for either singles or couples.

Bed could have been a little softer but maybe that is just my personal preference.

A gorgeous apartment, indeed!! It was clean, comfortable, and homely. It had everything we believe it was essential. Amazing location with beautiful lake view. Our host Samina was incredibly lovely, welcoming, and helpful. I am grateful that Samina left us some cookies, tea bags, sugar, and fresh milk.I thoroughly appreciated my tea after the long journey. My children loved the place.

Bed was uncomfortable. Shower room very tight. No where to place toiletries. Kitchenette small & cluttered and therefore lacked adequate space for guests’ to put/ prepare food items. Just adequate for short stay.

A lovely, quiet, well-appointed apartment in a wonderful riverside location, only 15 minutes from Exeter city centre and 10 minutes from Topsham. The owner was welcoming and helpful but unobtrusive. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and more. There is a pub up the road, several restaurants close to hand and a big Aldi supermarket round the corner. What's not to like?

Parking is either on the street or up a narrow, steep, curving drive. We used both options and had no real problems - except backing up that driveway!

Location and facilities were excellent Very goog and accomodating host.

Stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location to explore Exeter & Topsham. Great local pub with good pub grub.

Great location, friendly helpful hosts and very clean and comfortable apartment. A lot of effort has gone into making this a lovely place to stay.

We liked almost everything and would stay again. The bathroom is very small and hot plates in the kitchen would have been great, but very minor irritations overall.
