Communication was amazing, questions were answered without delay! The property is great for a getaway. Peaceful environment, easy to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life in the city. Waterfall from jacuzzi to pool is very tranquil if you allow yourself to be present and in the moment.

Fantastic stay! Well organized and very clean property. The layout of the space gives a great flow with comfortable outdoor spaces. Loved the privacy and pool area. Would be back again!

Went a fun girls trip for the long weekend and we absolutely loved the property! The pool is idyllic with a cute back patio as well! Tons of space. Only a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, but also perfect for staying in. We'll definitely be visiting again!

A friend and I stayed here for a long weekend. Property was as described. We had a few questions during our stay and received quick and helpful guidance from both the property manager and owner. We especially enjoyed the pool and lounging areas.

I stayed at this Martinez Palms property with my husband, mother in law and brother in law for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was big and well stocked, and there was plenty of outdoor room for leisure. The location was very central and accessible - it was a very quick drive to Old Town La Quinta. Additionally, the host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this property for your next trip to La Quinta!

This was a nice place to stay on a quiet street in La Quinta; walking distance to the Art District coffee shop/restraunts. The owners were very responsive to inquiries. The pool is in the front of the house--which was fine, but didn't come through for me on the pictures. The pool temperature was our only complaint-it seemed to have an auto reset and would be pretty chilly by late afternoon when we'd want to use it.

We stayed with our 2 adult kids (26 & 22) over Thanksgiving. It was a great stay in a great location. Communication with the property manager was fast and helpful! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor seating and beautiful sunrises. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for a birthday getaway. Lots of sunshine and pretty good sized rooms. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. The neighborhood is eerily quiet, which was wonderful because I live in the middle of Los Angeles and it’s always bustle and go. Old Town La Quinta was adorable and people were super friendly, highly recommend visiting if you go. Shops and eating are close by. We drove out closer to the mountains and saw the greatest sunsets. We couldn’t get the hot tub working which was a bummer, but the pool was more than enough. I do advise bringing bug spray though not only for the desert bugs outside but inside as well. They do mention in the welcome book that bugs do often get in the house, so we were warned. Nothing big though, little house beetles which pretty much stayed out of our way, so no problems. Management was very friendly and hospitable, easy to communicate with. Overall, I do recommend staying here if you’re looking to get back a little peace of mind.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The home is lovely, location was convenient, the neighborhood was quiet. The owners were a pleasure to work with; they were very flexible and accommodating. The Property Manager was accessible, gregarious, and helpful. The kitchen was well appointed. Several outdoor living areas were so nice, we never stayed inside. The pool is on the small side, but it was perfect for us. The spa is spacious. The only odd thing for me was the closet in the main bedroom was locked. I had to hang my clothes on a short bar they provided in the bedroom. Other than that, it was terrific. I will definitely return!

A couple girlfriends and I were looking for a quiet place to replenish with some rest, desert warmth, and peaceful surroundings and this couldn't have been more perfect. The house in on a quiet street and is surrounded by gorgeous mountain views. The seating by the pool was great for the three of us, with options for shade or sun. The back space had a table for outdoor dining (seats 4) which we used for morning coffee and evening dinners at sunset. We used the fire table on the last night, sitting under the starts and taking in the peace. The beds/bedding were extremely comfortable and the ceilings fans kept us cool and sleeping soundly. The updated kitchen had everything we needed and the accommodations were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The property owners were very warm and responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to return and to recommend to others! Thank you for a wonderful, peaceful stay!

We arrived at what should have been a nice 5 week stay. Our first night we noticed a musty/moldy odor and I developed a migraine. We notified the owners who began insisting that we cancel w no refund. I went back the next day to look around in the light and to run an air purifier to see how it might help. The owners had changed the keypad numbers and cancelled the reservation. We were unable even to try an air purifier or look at the house in the sunlight. They then felt entitled to keep 100% of our money. We began communications w vrbo who repeatedly asked if we had proof of mold, disregarding the fact that we could not even look in daylight because we’d been locked out, further that we had not cancelled the reservation but the owners did. Do not expect VRBO to help you in this situation either. We contacted an attorney. The best option then seemed to dispute the charges through our bank. One bank has agreed, waiting on the other. In short, they locked us out because we mentioned a mold concern (likely they know they have one) then they cancelled the reservation, kept our money and ceased communications with us. Avoid at all costs.

In short, they locked us out because we mentioned a mold concern (likely they know they have one) then they cancelled the reservation, kept our money and ceased communications with us. They are also claiming that we asked them to purchase things for the home which is patently untrue. We asked them if they knew where to rent or hire services. All of these conversations are verifiable as they are stored in the VRBO system. These are dishonest people. Avoid at all costs.

Great to sit in the pool and relax all day. Beautiful home! We will definitely stay again.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. Our family was very comfortable. Due to the pandemic we stayed put and found plenty to do. Enjoying the pool, spa and outside fire. Private, safe neighborhood with an amazing view of the mountains. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta, especially utilizing the peaceful front and backyard set up. The only issue we had was when we were having trouble with the security system, there was a lack of assistance from the property manger and we felt like we were an inconvenience.

I cannot say enough good things about Martinez Palms. It was clean, well appointed, in a great neighborhood, and close to several shops and restaurants. The pool was perfect for us, but it was the hot tub that we got the most use of - awesome that we could control the temp ourselves. This vacation was everything we were hoping for.

This house was a very cool place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. The pool and spa are perfect size to just cool off relax and enjoy time in the sun and relax at under the stars. It’s supper close to golf courses , it super close to restaurants and the Vons grocery store. The a/c in the house is really good it was perfect keep the house cold even under 110 degrees on both Friday and Saturday. My wife and I would highly recommend this place if you want a quick getaway to relax or play some golf.

My family and I wanted to get away for the weekend and this was a great house to enjoy each other’s company. Our stay was very comfortable. The pool was perfect for us. The property manager was great! Made sure we were ok and answered my questions. I highly recommend this location!

This was a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay and when we are back in this town we will definitely try and book this home again. Very clean and had all the information needed for the city and dining and much more. You won’t be disappointed with this home.
