The location

The check in process was 45 minutes, the staff were rude, housekeeping tried to come into my room twice before check out time. The a/c didn’t work correctly, it was hot in there, the peepholes in the doors had metal in front of them so you couldn’t see out of them. The outdoor area was gross and the garbage was overflowing.

The overall property was decent and it was close to the venue

The check in process took 45 minutes. There were two people working and I believe they were people that tried to check in earlier rooms were not ready and so it backed everything up the person who did end up assisting me. She was very professional but unfortunately, they were understaffed and overwhelmed. The worst part was valet. It took forever and the sign says $39 overnight. I was charged $49 overnight and I was getting texts at 2:45 in the morning that appeared like I had to be done with my valet worst experience and valet I have ever had in my life, and for that reason, I would never come back to this hotel.

El desayuno. Deberían aclarar cuando dice desayuno incluido que sólo tenes 1 opción, por ejemplo, los lunes sólo tacos, los martes sólo quesadillas y así. No hay una mínima variedad. Quienes atienden el lugar son muy amables, a ellos mi agradecimiento igual.

Breakfast was great and simple. Location was amazing - very easy to walk to all kinds of things/places

parking was not included and was an additional $25 per day if you wanted to be able to go in and out of the parking ramp.

Even though it was offsite, parking was surprisingly simple for a downtown location. Proximity to Summerfest was a huge plus.

My ONLY complaint would be the strong scent of, I’m assuming, the cleaning solution used. Our room smelled strongly of it when we first walked in, however I think it had just been cleaned and the smell dissipated quickly. As someone with scent triggered migraines, this could be an issue for some. I did very much appreciate how clean the room was though. No carpet made me feel less icky about walking on the floor in socks.
