We throughly enjoyed it

Great trip. Loved the cabin especially the pool. The location is perfect because it was close to everything but was quiet and secluded.

As we walked in we noticed the vinyl flooring was just about lifting off the floor.The we tryed opening the sliding door going into the pool room and it wouldn’t work.When we finally got it open the pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. Then the grout going into the bathroom was all broken out. The kids tried to play an arcade game and the knobs were missing. The coat rack going up the steps had two out of three paddles broken off. When we got up stairs there were deep scratches in the floor of the living room. When we went to go in the hot tub the decking nails were not nailed in and bent over so bad we had to put a rug over them. There were lights not working,the door jamb was broken and repaired and the shower in the master bathroom could have had a safety bar for older guests. There was a man there when we arrived taking pictures of the damages but I guess he didn’t show the owner but the poor guy had to here me complaining. There were 4 huge wasp nests under the front deck . I e mailed the owner and 3 out of 4 were treated. This was my third trip to Pigeon Forge area and the other two cabins were beautiful and well maintained. Pigeon Forge is a beautiful area with plenty to do so we had a lot of fun anyway but I expected better from the accommodations.

There was nothing about the cabin we didn't love. Getting there was very easy (no steep mountain roads) and the location was very close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge. The cabin, pool, and hot tub were immaculate upon arrival. Even though there are other cabins nearby, we always felt we had complete privacy sitting on the huge deck and hot tub. The pool was an awesome feature and we had to pry the kids out when it was time to leave. Pro tip: Have your groceries delivered like we did. It was very fast and will also save some going up and down stairs. There are several flights of stairs to get to the main level where the kitchen is, and they will deliver to the main door up the first flight of stairs.. Besides, we didn't want to waste time grocery shopping when we could be in the pool or hot tub! We can't wait to go back.

A few small issues but was resolved Immediately..

Our large famil, and 2 dogs stayed here for a week. We had a great time! Cabin was clean, nice location, respectful neighbors, place for our dogs to walk. Dustin checked in evry other day to make sure everything was ok, and we didnt need anything! It was a wo derful vacation!!

This cabin was just far enough to enjoy the quiet of the mountains while still being close to the adventures that both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. My family had a wonderful time enjoying the private pool and hot tub allowing us to unwind after a day of exploration. Dustin was responsive and answered questions quickly, even questions that had to do with the surrounding areas and not just the cabin itself. It was a perfect place to make memories as a family!

Absolutely love the cabin!!! Wonderful place to stay! Super clean, plenty of room and beautiful! The location is perfect! Highly recommend this rental property! We’ll definitely stay again!

Worked perfectly!

Pros- clean, good communication, close to everything, nice complex, very good appliances, nice hot tub and deck. Cons-lower floor flooring loose in spots, video game knobs missing, TV remotes mixed up and had to figure out what TV they worked, pool was cloudy and some dirt at the bottom.

The only thing I didn’t like was going up all the steps to get in. Otherwise it was wonderful.

We had a great time staying at this property. The pool and hot tub were great amenities, the porch provided a fantastic place to relax with comfortable rocking chairs, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the overall location was great. We stayed for a week and the extras provided were a nice touch (plenty of dishwashing tabs, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.). The owner and property management were also extremely responsive and helpful.

Place is ok, but not what we expected for price. Has lots of stairs. Kids bedrooms on on lower floor by pool area and main king bed on floor above. Two queens bedrooms are on 3rd floor. If you have small children, I am not sure I would want them on bottom floor by pool. The front room and kitchen are a lot smaller than they appear in the pictures so it doesn’t really set 12 people comfortably. Would give this place a 3 Star. Beds need updated and some minor repairs are needed. However, I can’t complain about the property owner and the cleaners. They were very responsive to any of our needs or concerns. They were there within hours to accommodate anything that we were needing.

Our Family really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, had a little soaking pool for the kids, a nice hot tub. It wasn’t way up in the mountains but was at the end of the road and it was peaceful and very nice. We would definitely rent this cabin again. We had a couple small things to let the owner know but he was very responsive.

We loved staying here. It was very close to attractions in Pigeon Forge, but quiet and beautiful. The kids had a blast in the pool and we loved the hot tub. The porch with its soaring ceiling up to the roofline was perfect. We had a relaxing dinner one night with a fire in the pit. Lots of space.

Undoubtable one of the best if not the best rental in all of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! It has everything you could want. Indoor pool, best hot tub ever, propane grill, propane fire pit, ultra-modern kitchen. 4 separate bedrooms, great location that has traffic light at address road to combat traffic. h Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed.

The cabin was nice. The kids used the hot tub more than the pool as there were issues with the pool. Dustin was responsive.

Property was very clean and was convenient for our use! Check in was a breeze and the communication with the property owner was easy. I recommend for a good long weekend stay!

Really great home. Super convenient location wise in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with Host was excellent as well!

The host is incredibly responsive and quick to reply! Something was wrong with the coffee pot on the first morning of our stay, and the host had another one delivered later that morning. The place is really nice, super clean, and in a fantastic location away from traffic but close enough for all of the attractions. Would highly recommend staying here for any trips to the area!

Nice place to stay. Nice to have indoor pool kids enjoyed it. Everything was good clean every room had personal bathroom. Not far from stores or downtown. It was great place!

The house was nice, and the kids loved the pool. The house is in a great location, close to activities and easy to get to. They were easy to communicate with and were prompt when messaging back. We had a great time!

We had a great stay at this cabin and our kids loved having the easy access to the indoor pool and to being just a few minutes from the Pigeon Forge strip. Communication, when needed, with the owner/property manager was very good. Would recommend though that the main bedroom headboard be secured to the wall, an updated coffee pot be available for the next guest (this one leaked and was obviously old) and disclosure of multiple steps to access the inside of the cabin and additional steps to get to the main floor of the cabin. Minus those three things, it was a great cabin and we all enjoyed our stay.

Dustin was an excellent host. My wife and I had no issues with the check in process, it was easy. House was nice and clean too. Dustin’s customer service is top notch. Wife thought there was a hair dryer in the cabin and messaged him to find out where after we looked for one. He responded very quickly and had a hair dryer delivered! Definitely would stay again! Cabin was close to all entertainment and was also nestled back in a neighborhood so it was quiet. Only thing to be mindful of is there are a lot of stairs so if you have mobility challenges this cabin may not the best option for you.

Very nice property and the owner was very attentive and the indoor pool and hot tub was amazing in the dreary weather! Would recommend!

We were a group of 7 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone! We loved the cabin, indoor pool, and hot tub! The deck and outdoor fire pit area were amazing! Heads up for families with small kids - the large bunk bead room and game consoles are downstairs near the indoor pool. There are plenty of doors/locks to keep them out as well as a very loud door chime on all the doors to the pool. Make sure that’s on for peace of mind. The cabin truly is on an easy drive way - you definitely won’t have to worry about making it up or down a hill if you happen to be there in winter! We hope to visit again soon!

It was snowing when we arrived. Moved in and hit the pool & hot tub. Loved them all wood decor and everything worked perfectly because it’s all brand new. Our family loved the setting in the woods… right in town
