We had a post Mother's Day trip to enjoy Beale Street and downtown memphis and chose this place to stay for the weekend and it was very peaceful...clean and quiet. The neighbors wasn't loud and for what I was told by the owner...keeps an eye out on all new comers...we really enjoyed this spacious house and will be returning. Thanks again for everything Mr. Sherman...keep up the great work

This house were the right size for my family and me we visited Memphis related to meeting my brother and sister from my dad we had a great time I loved how spacious this house were it was very accommodating we enjoyed our stay

In town for recent NCAA basketball weekend, four adults. Clean house with 4 bedrooms that's within 15 minutes of the airport and downtown Memphis. Owner promptly responded to messages through the app and let us check in a couple hours early despite turning the house over from the day before. Nothing flashy here, but reliable and easy worked just fine for us.

The property was exquisite. But for two (2) things. I understood there would be three (3) full baths and the grill was absolutely horrible. It was full of ash and grease every where with unburnt charcoal. And no I did not leave it that way. Overall it was a beautiful place

Concerned about location. But security of house was good. However, upon leaving we observed a SWAT unit at a home two blocks down. Very scary

The house was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, and it It was close to where we were visiting. Our only complaint is, we all were unfamiliar with the television connections. We couldnt figure out how to watch local news or weather. If our stay had been longer than 2 nights I would have contacted management.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The only complaint I have is that it was hot in the entire house the first night and the next morning. Somehow the AC finally kicked on at the end of our stay, but this was an overall great place to stay. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

Our first time in Memphis for spring break. Went to see the Memphis Grizzlies of course our
Favorite Ja Morant! Enough room for us to relax and enjoy. Went to the civil rights museum which the kids enjoyed. Will definitely return to this property for basketball season 2023/2024!

This house was just as it was advertised and I appreciate that. I planned this house around the number of people and we fit perfectly! The house had everything we could need. I had to contact the house manager and he responded quickly. All in all a good stay.

A group of cousins gather in Memphis for a dear Auntie Home going. The location was excellent from the airport to the church and the neighborhood of other elderly family members. The house was exactly as advertise . The house was clean and roomy , very comfortable for us senior who had to endure the steps. Once we came down from the bedrooms. The family room was enjoyable for entertaining each other and a few family members that dropped by. The host Sherman was very attentive to our concerns which were very infinitesimal . I'm looking forward to my summer visit to family members and rebooking .

House met all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Graceland, downtown Memphis and even Tunica casinos. Communication with owner was prompt and efficient. Plenty of beds and bedrooms and had plenty of tvs with Roku. Only suggestion would be to add oven mitts and a baking sheet to the kitchen as we had to get a bit creative removing a hot pizza from the oven. Would definitely stay again!

When our plans changed and we needed to extend our stay, we were able to quickly communicate with the host and get an extension. This was a tremendous relief to us.

Property was very clean, very roomy, ...all around comfortable. Water has hot, which is very important during fall and winter months. Great location and accessibility to Graceland and downtown Memphis.

We had a fun time in Memphis and this place was great for our family.

Nice size house and bedrooms. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen only had 4 place setting for coffee cups and silverware, coffee pot didn’t work well, no toaster, and pans were pretty beat up but those are the only things I would change. I would rent there again if I were to go back to Memphis.

Perfect Spot for our Trip
We stayed for the St. Judes Marathon. The house was perfect for our needs. Very Clean. Neighborhood was pretty nice. We got Ubers for all the events downtown, which was always a short 10min or so drive. My only real criticism is the kitchen amenities. A little hodge podge, had to get creative to cook what we brought but it worked out ok. Not a deal breaker, but was missing some things I expected like a toaster, a set of cutting knives, or sheet pan for the oven. Again, I’m nit picking here. We only cooked one meal and made it work. For the price and location our entire group was very happy. Several said it’s one of the best places we’ve rented for these types of weekends, so score!
