We flew in to visit with my son who lives in Broomfield, we needed a ranch style home with no stairs and this home was perfect. The owner answered all our questions and concerns immediately. The house was immaculate, beautiful, move in ready.

We stayed for a week, the house was incredibly clean. Property manager and owner communicated quickly as needed. The backyard was perfect for our dog. Loved the outdoor/indoor fire pit/fireplace. These were a great cozy perk. Excellent centralized location to allow easy access to Boulder, Denver, Morrison, etc.

This is my second stay and everything was wonderful. Great location and very convenient for myself to visit family and for my old pup. My grandson loves to visit me at my "Colorado house." Will be back next time I head west to Broomfield.! Thank you for a comfortable, clean house to make my own for a few weeks a year!

Nice modernly appointed remodeled 50's style ranch. Nice fenced in backyard with a large deck. Convenient to most needs nearby and also near nice linear parks and open spaces.

Colleen was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Being new to VRBO one idea would be to have a list of helpful things to know. Such as light switches, extra linens, etc Colleen provided a very nic bottle of wine from local vineyard. We felt very welcomed. Perfect spot for 4 adults and dog(s) too!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this very comfortable, clean modern ranch house. Great location and the fenced in yard was wonderful for my pup and when my grandson visited. My new favorite place to stay when visiting family in Broomfield!

This property was absolutely stunning! My husband and I were lucky enough to get off of work for a few days, and this property was just perfect. It was close to so many wonderful attractions and restaurants! The fire pit was incredible, and we loved watching movies. It was spotless when we got there, and we took extra care to cover furniture and supervise our fur babies who were graciously allowed to come. The backyard landscaping was gorgeous! There were clear directions on how to use all amenities, and the WiFi worked great! We are most grateful for this experience and will stay here again!

We needed a place in Broomfield to stay with our dog Dottie while we waited for our movers to arrive and Colleen’s home was perfect for us. Beautifully remodeled, the house is very comfortable and located for easy access to Boulder, Denver etc.

The house was nicely furnished, and clean. We didn't bring things such as shampoo, shower gel, or sugar, because they are normally furnished, but we made out okay. The kitchen counters and appliances were beautiful, and great care was taken to make the house very comfortable.

Way better than a hotel!
We chose to stay in a house vs a hotel for 8 days for a softball tournament and we are so glad to have found this house! It was a great location to the fields, restaurants and stores. The owner and property manager were quick to respond with any questions we had.

Colorado vacation
Visited for my son’s 29th birthday...the house was perfect for location for getting around and great family dinners. Wonderful outdoor space as well for meals outside, and my pups were equally happy with a yard.

Nice place in nice neighborhood
Nice two bedroom, two bath with large family area in combined living room, kitchen, den area. Seven or more can eat at the kitchen bar/island. Was great for our small group with two additional over for dinner. Nice kitchen.

Beautiful house
The house and property were beautiful. I had issues getting the check in and out info on my vrbo app. Not sure why. O couldn't find the silverware in the hidden drawers lol. I went with the flow. Day before I was to leave someone came into the home without our knowledge. When brought up to the owner I was accused of staying a day later and not letting them know, I was reamed and told this was my fault. My checkout was not until the next day. The house was gorgeous, the neighbor amazing but the communication with owner was lacking. I would have stayed there again until this incident

Lovely home!!!
What a gem! I had the pleasure of staying in Colleen's lovely home for 2 weeks while we had some home renovations done. The house was modern, updated and had everything we needed. My toddler and 2 dogs loved the awesome backyard. Fantastic landscaping and deck area - enjoyed all the beautiful spring flowers starting to bloom!! Tom the caretaker was wonderful and helpful. Really great area - walking distance to several playgrounds and food options. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental to anyone :)

Such a pleasant stay!
Colleen was an incredibly gracious host and I would recommend her home to anyone looking in the Denver area. Her communication was stellar, and her neighbor/caretaker Tom was extremely kind and accommodating. Her home was both clean and well situated; close to Denver and Boulder. As locals, displaced from our home for house work we were having done, we were extremely grateful for the pet friendly designation, the large and luxurious back yard and the beautiful kitchen. Great Vietnamese food just blocks away, super close to the Broomfield Audi, and in a quiet walkable neighborhood.

Perfect week in Broomfield
This property was even better than we hoped. House is beautifully decorated both inside and out. We could not have asked for a more accommodating owner and friend who cares for the house. It is also a great location. We were looking fora place close to Boulder but far enough to give our daughter some respite from the University. Would definitely stay here again!
