Like the variety of breakfast choices and the set-up! Clean area!

Everything was great but I would have appreciated a blanket for the bed! It was chilly during our stay.

It was super nice and elegant looking, the lady working swing shift 3-till on 12-11-23 was super nice. Rare to experience nice/helpful workers now day.

The rooms were large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The noise was really bad. I don’t know if there was someone staying above us but we were unable to sleep from the noise and kids yelling in the halls. The walls are apparently super thin cause we could hear everything.

Beds too hard. Did not really like the lighting. Too bright Strange olaces for light switches Did not like not having a door to close shower. Too much of a draft when taking shower without a closed door! Room too close to door to outside

Large buses taking up a lot of the parking; housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:30 am when checkout was at 11 am

rude manager, yelled at my mother over the phone catching an attitude and was told to “be quiet and listen” and over all felt disrespected. Additionally sheets had a splotch of dried blood on it.

Suite was spacious and well designed.

Bright, open lobby area. Nice that coffee was always available. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms!

I didn’t housekeeping yelling down the hallway to each other while I’m trying to sleep. (every day occurrence) I also did not have a Do Not Disturb card in my room

one morning there wasn’t breakfast

I was tired after a long day of business seminar. Issac was so pleasant, made me laugh, and made check in seamless. As an owner and employer of a business, I would say he is a "keeper".

Breakfast was a bit bland. I thought I was dishing whipped cream on my waffle and tasted like sour cream that had been out too long. A label explaining what that was would have been appreciated. I like to see a nicely done breakfast.
