The house was very clean but the yard and pool needed work. Tried to get ahold of Bart about the pool but never got a reply.

Pool was great to enjoy, the pool table/ping pong was a wonderful feature. We enjoyed the stay.

It was a great space for our family and for the purpose of our visit. It could’ve been a little cleaner. The pool was so refreshing and the house was nice and cool.

I really enjoyed this home. The house was laid out well, it was clean, a little sparse in cookware, but that was easily remedied. The pool was wonderful, very clean and warm. Very conveniently located to stores and restaurants, plus only about 20 minutes from the airport.
Overall convenient and clean. The two most important things.......... oh, that and the pool. Must have a pool.
I would definitely consider this home again when coming back to Arizona.

...but once we got in there we were met with dirty sheets on the made beds, minimal kitchen ware that actually functioned. Also ran out of trash bags. We contacted the property manager about this and they just said 'sorry' and also that they would bring more bags but never did.

Lovely stay!
We enjoyed this property very much. House was cozy, beds were comfy, pool was refreshing and location is very convenient. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental.

The home was extremely clean, well appointed and maintained. Had a lot of games to play and everything you need to enjoy the pool. We were very comfortable and will be back next time we visit Tempe.

Absolutely wonderful and so relaxing! Property management was amazing to work with and so accommodating w/ an additional request that we had. The layout and pool outside area were wonderful. Thank you so much again for your wonderful hospitality!

This was a great property for our family. We have 3 young children who loved the warm pool. The doors to the backyard had high locks which was very nice to keep our 3 year old from being able to get out without an adult.

Quiet neighborhood with an update home and a great backyard pool. Love the old school deep pool - that and the shade kept the water temps great despite it being super hot outside. Great central location with easy access to highways to get to many areas in the southern Phoenix area.

This is our second time staying here. We stayed last year and loved the pool so much we came back! We are in the pool all day until the pool gets shaded at 5:00 p.m. I also love the very large tv in the living room and good sized tv in the master bedroom. The pool table is a great addition for when you've had enough sun. It feels like home when I am here and I never want to leave. My only complaint is the noise from the freeway but it doesn't keep me from coming back!
