We had a wonderful time. The views were spectacular. The place was full of so many fun activities and games. The house was loaded with so many little extra great things, like wine and chocolates, wonderful shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and the sheets felt amazing! We plan to be back next time we are in town.

Our family really enjoyed all of the activities available at the property; it provided the opportunity for some quality family time without leaving the house. The property is in very good condition, updated, and feels new. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear walking and muffled voices from the owners above.

Our stay was wonderful. The owners were very accommodating and helpful when we needed a last minute addition to our number of guests. We arrived late in the evening after a very long roadtrip and were able to check in and get settled in less than 10 minutes. They had all the necessary supplies for coffee, spices, soaps and detergents, etc. to get us started and even had a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us. The activities for kids and adults were awesome. You could spend quite a bit of time on site and not have to leave for entertainment. This is a great rental for any type of getaway. The views are fantastic, the amenities are top notch and the mountain breezes made us happy we escaped the heat of the south to experience this little slice of heaven.

We were so impressed with this property. It has beautiful views of a small lake and mountain range in the background. The view of the city lights below at night was also a favorite. There is tons for every one in the family to do here. Every detail is well thought out and makes for a great stay. The property owners are on site in the main home but we only saw them once and they were very gracious hosts.

This is a very nice property. There are plenty of things to do at the property and it is very convenient to many attractions. The owners were very nice and mindful of our privacy. You are in someone’s basement so there is noise transfer from above but not too bad.

The property was exactly as advertised! We had a wonderful time and took advantage of all the amenities! Jason was responsive and friendly. The unit was very private - it had its own drive and it hardly even felt like there were others on the property. The views were amazing and we loved sitting in the hot tub at night overlooking the city and staring at the stars. Would highly recommend to others!

The Fly-by is a wonderful property made better by thoughtful hosts. The suite is carefully provisioned with so many necessities that guests do not want for anything. In the realm of entertainment, my children played with games, golf, darts, bocce, ping pong, pool and many toys. For beauty and comfort you can view wildlife and a lovely view of the lake, all from a hot tub, rocking chair or couch. Communication was top notch. The reviews do not lie; book a stay at the Fly-by and you will not regret it.

This was by far the best rental experience I have ever had. The place was spotless and came with all kinds of added touches that made you feel special. This place has every game you can think of and beautiful views that surround the property. It makes it so fun to wake up in the morning and drink a little coffee. At nights we enjoyed playing pool, mini golf or ping pong. Then right before bedtime, we would hop in the hot tub to soak our muscles and have long conversations. We felt so rejuvenated after staying here. Thank you so much for having us!

The owners of this property created a perfect set up for a vacation home rental. The location and view are outstanding, as is the quiet location. The home is filled with all kinds of extras. Plenty of storage in addition to closets, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of towels and the decor is great. The amount of activities provided, like pool and ping pong tables, a nine hole challenging mini golf course, darts, horseshoes, bocce ball and many more are the most I have ever seen. The owners are friendly, but give you plenty of privacy. It was the BEST vacation rental in our + 40 rentals in Canada and the USA since we retired. Our standards are very high after all our rentals and also owning a vc rental ourselves for three years and Fly By exceeded all standards.

It was such an incredible experience! From the moment we stepped onto the property until we left, it was great. Jason and Emily met us when we arrived and they are such kind and thoughtful people. The views were amazing, the house was well stocked and very clean. The place had everything you would want on vacation. We played pool, ping pong, darts, and finally putt putt golf in the backyard(definitely play at night when you can turn on the floodlights and play night mini golf). The place was incredible and the experiences in Colorado Springs made it an incredible experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Colorado Springs for any occasion. Our stay at the Fly-by surpassed our expectations! We utilized the yard games & amenities every chance we had. The location is an ideal distance to many attractions. The property was immaculate & tastefully designed for guests of any age. We would be delighted to return!

I never got to stay there. Property was double booked and owner cancelled our reservation 15 minutes before we arrived after traveling 1500 miles to get there leaving my family of 6 no place to stay for 5 nights. VRBO gave us the run around on finding a replacement at the last minute, wouldn’t book us same day and so after the 5 hours (what would have been at least 7 if we had continued on with the process) we spent with them on the phone and half a day of vacation ruined we gave up and ended up finding hotel for 5 nights.

The place was super clean, decorated very nicely and was very warm and inviting overall. The house had every type of game to play and the views were absolutely spectacular! We had our daughter's wedding at Hearth House (highly recommend this place for a destination wedding). This house was just 7 mins away from HH and very close to every other tourist place you want to go/see/do. Beds were super comfy and it was a great experience for everyone! If we come back to Colorado in the future, we'd definitely enjoy staying here again! Jason and Emily are fantastic and gracious hosts and we really enjoyed meeting them and felt welcomed the entire time! Thank you both again, from the Dailey's!

Outstanding , fun rental
We stayed at the Fly-By while in town for a wedding at Spruce Mountain. The property was as advertised, or possibly better. Very clean with great activities including a 9 hole mini golf course in the back. There was also pool, ping pong, darts, games and more. Great view of the neighborhood lake, which we hiked around.
Great appliances , bedrooms, showers. The only negative was we didn’t have a couple more days. If you have kids, it’s a must stay. We hope to be back again. Jason was great with his communications and answering any questions.
