Very nice property and well maintained. We had a really good time. Very well stocked with pantry items, games and things to do. Prompt communication from Rose and lots of suggestions on what to do around monument. Beautiful views!!

A large home with all of the amenities in a perfect location with incredible views! Lots of room - we had 8 adults fit comfortably. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend this home!

Reserved this home for a family gathering and it worked wonderfully! Number of beds and baths was high priority as we had three generations and four families including two children. The house was very spacious and easily accommodated all of us. Super kid friendly with lots of space to run around and toys, stroller and toddler chair. The multi level allowed for the kids to settle down for the night and the adults to still socialize. Games for the adults were also on site. The location was great for activities in the Colorado Springs area. The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo was fabulous! A must for the little ones, especially giraffe feeding. We also visited Garden of the God, the Manitou Cliff Dwellings, the Mine museum, the WW II aircraft exhibit and more! The location was also good for taking a morning walk. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, glassware and various cookware and utensils. The pantry had several additional small appliances. The kitchen was spacious and the set up with the island made it easy for socializing during meal prep. There were several minor but very helpful conveniences such as scissors, tape, small cooler, storage containers for leftovers, umbrella, and reusable grocery bags too. The view from the deck was amazing and the gas fire pit was nice as well as the hot tub and spa tub. Had everything including robes! Give this place a try!

We had an excellent time at the house. The entire stay was very relaxing for us providing a well deserved break from our high stress jobs. The house has all the amenities you need and is close to all the stores/restaurants. Rose our Host provides the best experience for her guests. We experienced 1st hand and got all the tips for places to visit/eat. 100% would recommend you experience the hospitality of Rose.

My baby girl got married at the Oaks at Castle Rock. In a perfect world, we would’ve been closer to the venue (20 miles), but that was a minor inconvenience. My wife, in-laws and older daughter with her husband and teenager all loved this place, and it was more than comfortable for all 7 of us. Everything was supplied and first class. Thank you!

We stayed in Rose's house in Monument for a family gathering from Oct 12 - 16 this year. The house was better than we could have imagined. Getting up each morning with the view of the lake and the mountains was wonderful. Deer and cormorants were abundant and such a joy to watch. There were 4 couples in our group and the layout worked perfectly. Each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen island is big and has barstools. So gathering in the kitchen was effortless and not crowded in the least. We loved out stay there and would highly recommend this home. Rose was wonderful to communicate with and it's clear that she takes pride in providing a wonderful experience for her guests.

We absolutely LOVED this property. Home is top notch, location within mile of town, centrally located to sites, and restaurants. Owner is on top of convenience to our needs and provided many extra's. This definitely is a highly recommended VRBO. Hot tub and view combo were the ultimate at sunset!!

We chose this place for my mom and 3 sisters to stay because we each got our own room, lots of spaces to share our time together, and easy to get to all the places we were going visit. We highly recommend this beautiful home

The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit multiple times during our stay. Beds were super comfortable. Would recommend this house to any and everyone. Rose was very communicative and was an excellent host. Perfect place to relax after exploring Colorado.

The house was perfectly located for a week stay in Colorado. The house was comfortable for our group of eight. The deck was amazing with views of the lake and mountains. This house was fully stocked with everything. Rose was the best host. Everyone in the group agreed this was the best place we have rented.

Great views! Great house! Our family really enjoyed staying here. Water pressure upstairs was very low, but besides that, it was an awesome time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with our adult children. Everybody had their own bed and bathroom. The view toward Pikes Peak never grew old. The house fulfilled our every need. While its proximity to I-25 was certainly convenient, the only knock on the location was the constant din of traffic in the distance. But that was not a spoiler and we'd stay again if we ever travel to Colorado Springs.

Rose was very responsive and the property was awesome. If we end up back in that area, we will stay again.

Stayed for a week with eight members of extended family. Home has everything you can possibly need. Location is wonderful - can see Pike's Peak, close to shopping, close to I - 25, ... Rose was very responsive when we had a couple of needs. I understand why every reviewer gives the home and Rose outstandng reviews.

This property was perfect for our party of 9 and had all the amenities that we needed to enjoy our stay.

We had a great time at the property. Our overall trip was really impacted by historic rain weather but we did really enjoy the property. To be clear, there is a king master suite on the main floor with a double bedroom that has access to the main floor full bathroom. The down stairs has a Queen bedroom and a Double bedroom that share a hall bathroom. There is also a room that has a double bed and a single bed that has its own connected bathroom. We were able to connect the double and the single so that way we could have two rooms with very large (king) sized beds. Dealing with Rose was really a great experience and made the whole process very easy. She provided extra information about the area and was always available if needed.

This property was perfect in every way. It far surpassed our expectations in every way. The owner appointed the property to the point that nothing was overlooked. Nothing was lacking. It's a spectacular property. The host was the kindest, most helpful host we've ever had. She went well out of her way to make sure we were well informed and to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. And it was. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone who wants a 5-star stay.

The house is perfect for large or small families. Our son got married near by and this was the perfect location. The views are beautiful, the lake is a nice touch which attracted lot's of wildlife. Rose is a wonderful owner who is like your own private concierge!

Woodmoor was absolutely amazing. I loved drinking my coffee on the deck every morning and watching the sunsets. The house was a great location! We were able to go to Denver and then do a bunch of things in Colorado Springs and Canon City. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and could have held way more! Only downside was the hot tub was not completely working properly and we were excited to use it but it’s all good. Rose was very responsive and was willing to send someone out to fix it. Thank you for sharing your house with us! It’s one I will never forget!

We came in town a wedding and really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The view of the mountains and the lake is gorgeous. The house is well stocked with literally everything you might need including lots of towels, towels for the hot tub, a bounty of kitchen items and even accessories for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay. It's conveniently located close to so many attractions.

This house is perfect. It’s in a great location, not in the hustle and bustle of the city. You will need to rent a car to get to the house from the airport. It is an hour away. The house has plenty of space for a large group. It boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 outdoor areas and 2 fireplaces. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms downstairs. There is a nice view of the lake from all bedroom windows. In addition, there is a daybed downstairs in the common area. All the beds have comfy linens and memory foam toppers. There are 2 comfortable robes in each bedroom closet. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. There is plenty of silverware, glassware and serving dishes. There was even a case of water for us in the fridge. The kitchen area is open to the dining room and the living room upstairs with makes for great fun while cooking and entertaining. All the bathrooms were stocked with extra toiletries, face wipes, shampoo and such. There were games, books and movies available for entertainment. There are several small local restaurants and chain eateries in the area, about a 5-minute drive. There is also a grocery store a few minutes away for shopping. It’s pricier than Wal-Mart but the location is convenient. Most of the places deliver as well. Be prepared for Denver altitude, drink plenty of water. The only complaint is the wifi was spotty, BUT the owners did allow us to reset the modem in the owners closet. I would definitely stay at this same location if I came back to Colorado because of the location and proximity of entertainment.

This house was beautiful and roomy enough for our entire family. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms throughout and a well stocked kitchen. Rose even had a turkey roasting pan and a griddle waiting for us when we arrived since I told her we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner and pancakes while there. Small thoughtful touches like fluffy robes, face wipes, and nice shampoos/lotions in all the rooms/bathrooms made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for sight-seeing and shopping. So much close by including groceries and restaurants. Probably the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Rose!
