This is a great house with plenty of space for a large family and friends. We were a party of 8 with one person visiting from Denver. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner in a fully equipped kitchen and we watched a lot of football. The home was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable! Thank you!

Our family of 7, mostly teens and young adults, had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. Location was convenient to USAFA which was helpful as we made several trips back and forth. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Checking in and out was a breeze and owners were responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A group of extended family members from Wisconsin stayed here for a family wedding. This was the perfect home for us and our needs. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The location was great! A simple drive for sightseeing and an easy walk to gas station and some restaurants. Megan was excellent to work with and checked in via text to see if everything was ok. The house is beautiful and clean and worked well for us!

Needed a place to stay in town for friends and family in town for a wedding. Communication with owners was excellent, place was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Maybe a few less pillows on the bed would be only comment, but thats my personal opinion.

We stayed here for my cousin's 50th birthday celebration hosted at the Woodmoor Country Club, which was only 10 min away. There were a 5 of us, friends and family. It is a 3 story home (including the basement). There is 4 bedrooms on the 3rd level. One of them is a master with a bathroom. The other 3 do not have a bathroom, but there is a full bathroom on the 3rd level to share. The 2nd level ground level has a living room, half bath and a stufy/flex seating room. Wonderful views of the mountains and spacious backyard. And the basement is like an apartment without a kitchen. It had a seating area, bedroom and full bath. This was a wonderful house for us. Very comfortable and clean. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we come back and visit. Very spacious. We could have had another 3 or 4 guests comfortably. Highly recommend.

We came to stay in Monument to be close to the venue where our niece was getting married! The house was exactly as described and fully fit our needs. Megan was easy to communicate with and checked to make sure we were “in” and comfortable!

Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. Accommodated our group of 10, ages 3 to 69. The only drawback for us is that we did not realize there are no bedrooms on the main level. This was a challenge for the one who has difficulty managing stairs, but she took her time and all was well.

Our stay was AMAZING! Our host Megan was the best! She checked in on us several times during our stay, and continued to communicate with us until the day we checked out! The VRBO was fully furnished with everything you’d need! We had a 12 month old, and a 15 month old with us, and we had everything we would possibly need! They provided a high chair, and several pack and plays, as well as toys, books, and everything you’d need for kids! On top of that they had cooking utensils, lots of clean bedding, plenty of towels, and so much more! If you’re looking for a place to stay that accommodates a lot of people and had everything you’d possibly need, this place is for you! We were so happy with our experience here and would definitely stay here again if given the chance!

We stayed at this house for a couple nights so that we could visit Garden of the gods and drive up to the Pikes Peak summit before we headed to our next destination. This house was perfect for our group (2 couples plus 5 kids total, ages 14,13,12,11, and 8) with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and two separate living spaces! We instantly felt right at home! The house is nicely decorated, very clean, and exactly what the photos represent! Check in and check out were super easy & communication with the owners was great. We had no issues or complaints whatsoever, and will definitely keep this house in mind for future trips to the area!

The house was beautiful! Looked even better in person ! It was in the perfect area walking distance to the gas station. The rooms with double beds were a plus! Overall great house no problems what so ever !

We enjoyed staying at this property, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved walking around the neighborhood and having coffee on the back patio. The host was great at communicating with us and accommodating all of our needs. The host left the lights on for us because we were arriving late in the evening. Would stay here again!

I was stationed in Colorado Springs for two years and lived near Monument. Upon my retirement from the Air Force, I moved out of my home and was in need of a place to stay when my family came out for the ceremony. This property was perfect! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like this house was designed/setup just for me. The owners definitely put a lot of thought and effort into what it takes to make their guests feel at home. It's equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay and it was clean. I have extremely high standards when it comes to cleanliness especially in the bathroom and I can say that this home met my expectations. Everything looked brand new! The only issue I had was the television in the gameroom didn't have the HDMI cable but after contacting Megan, her husband was at the front door within an hour and the tv was working properly. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I was to visit Colorado Springs in the future.
