great location. v central. it is difficult to find within the complex. video instructions helped and are obligatory viewing!
shower controls broken. oven didn’t work (apparently ok now). Wi-Fi instructions incorrect but swift response from owner rectified.

The location is excellent. A beautiful and quiet street, a short and beautiful walk to the cathedral and the city centre. Very clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Living room is comfortable. The apartment is well heated and it is well lit. It has two rooms that are small but they served well for a couple and an elderly person. It has a good suite and another bathroom, which is very comfortable. We had a great 4 days in this apartment.

The apartment was very warm and clean. The location is great. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses plates etc.
The shower screen over the bath did not have a seal so water leaked onto the bathroom floor and had to be moped. We struggled to get on the Wi-Fi which was a nuisance.
The metal catch to join the beds was not secured and one of the guests caught her toe on it which caused a nasty cut.

the rooms weren’t made up for the number in our party. The parking place did not look like the picture we were sent to identify it.

Great location with free parking.
Great having 4 single beds for 4 friends meeting up.
Few niggles with things that didn't work/ were broken e.g bedside light, dishwasher, toilet flush sticking but didnt detract from an overall a good stay.

Difficult to find, address not quite right. 2 different lots of parking instructions given to me which was very confusing.

Quality of bed linen. Small beds. Not as clean as it could have been. Being charged for a broken table lamp that we didn't break.

The hosts were very friendly from the beginning and welcoming. Easy to reach to and they respond quickly. The apartment was clean, renovated and had a nice vibe.
Having 2 full bathrooms and a washing machine was a plus. As well as fully equipped kitchen and a hair dryer.
The beds were super soft , were not very comfortable for me, But the kids loved them .

Location is really good for all the sights of Exeter and there is onsite parking included.
Did struggle to locate the building and the locked box for access to the key card - this was soon resolved by calling the agent who was really helpful

A lovely clean apartment with everything you might need during your stay. Ideal location for visiting the Christmas Market, just a short walk from the High Street and Winter Wonderland. Great to have secure parking.

The location was great, and it was very clean and tidy.
The toilet in the en suite did not flush properly. The water ran continuously, meaning it wouldn't flush when you needed it to, and you couldn't sleep because it sounded like a tap had been left running. I was disappointed to discover that it had been complained about as long ago as last November, yet it, and the loo in the bathroom still did not work as they should.

Having read some of the earlier reviews I was concerned that the apartment might be full of broken and fragile furniture, fixtures and fittings! However, it appeared to have been very recently refurbished, was clean and tidy and modern. The flat was in a brilliant location close to the cathedral and city centre with extremely easy to access all the shops and restaurants. It was also just a short distance from The Quayside and a nice riverside walk. A big plus was the secure car parking space in a garage.
This was more complicated than it should have been. Rather than receiving an email from the host with all of the entry details clearly explained the email received had a link to a 'Portal' which then had 'tabs' you had to click on to find the entry information. This was contained in the 'Guide' Tab - I had to phone the host to understand the process. This was all a bit stressful after a long drive but it was soon forgotten. Also, I was a bit suspicious of the need to provide a £200 'against damage' deposit, via card, before my stay. Thankfully I did receive the full amount back on my card a couple of days after our stay.

When previous guests vacate we suggest a supervisory check after cleaner has finished, we had a broken bedside lamp with no bulb in it, 3 mismatched wine glasses, only 2 tumblers, the flush panel on en-suite fell off at first touch, no hand towel in kitchen area, 2 very uncomfortable 2-seater settees (could feel the wooden frame through flimsy material) also for the width of the ‘room’ the television was placed way too high up on the wall as couldn’t sit back far enough to look at it without looking up all the time.
