The place is just as advertised. Very clean and well maintained unit and building. Access controlled entry and exit. The host is absolutely wonderful and responded immediately for any questions we had. We’re definitely planning on staying here again.

This was the second time we stayed here and we absolutely love the location. Our two daughters and their families were there (6 adults and 3 children) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is in the beach block and with a 5 minute walk you’re at the beach. We’re looking forward to going back next year.

We had a great week at this condo and look forward to returning. You can't beat the location - easy walk to the beach for th kids,10 min drive south to the boardwalk, 10 min drive up to Northside Park, and walking distance to the nightlife for the adults (Fager's Island, Seacrets, Mackey's).

This is the best condo we have rented in OC. This condo took care of all of worries. This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo with balcony. The condo was super clean and we will rent again next year! The condo owner was very available for me throughout the renting process, answered all my questions and took care of us from start to finish.

I just got back from a family trip to OC and we stayed at Ocean Bliss. We loved everything about this condo. It was very spacious, close to the beach and centrally located in coastal highway. Our kids loved playing on the big balcony where we had nice views of the bay and ocean. I’m already looking into booking this rental next summer. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks!

Beautiful home that fit our group of 12 very well. The property was exactly as listed and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The condo was exactly what was expected, and we had a fantastic stay, except for one thing. Unfortunately, there was an accident that closed down the bridge the morning of our check-in day. The cleaners could not get to the property at their scheduled time. We were allowed to check in, but were asked to put our things in a corner so they could clean, which was fine - accidents happen. The cleaners got there around 4:00 and we went down to the pool to get out of their way until 5:00. When we got back to the place, there was still sand on the dining chairs, the counters were only spot cleaned, and the toilets and showers were not cleaned. We told Abigail the next day and she did everything she could to remedy the situation, even offering to send the cleaners back. We really appreciated Abigail’s quick response and effort. Also, the blinds and move-in cart were really nice upgrades that you don’t find at many rentals! I would definitely book here again in the future.

My family and I (wife and 4 kids ages 17-9) stayed in Ocean Bliss 301 just last week. The unit is as advertised on VRBO and the pictures are 100% accurate. The condo is actually quite larger than the pictures lead you to believe. The location of the condo is perfect! A short walk (1/2 a block) to the beach, to some top restaurants, and night life. The midtown location is also perfect as it is a short drive up to North OC, Downtown, or West OC. The pool was a hit with the kids and was quite warm! The owner was also very receptive to and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. We had some significant thunderstorms a few times and our beach supplies got blown around the exterior hallway. Unfortunately, this or your car are the only place to store your beach supplies. This is no way a deal breaker, or no fault of the owner (as the condo association may not allow for owner lockers or storage lockers), but something to think about. We also encountered some other minor issues that we let the owner know about in our departure paperwork. Which i am pretty much 100% sure that they have taken care of those issues by now. Over all, we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Bliss 301 and would definitely consider renting the condo again. We have been vacationing in OC for the better part of 15 years and this unit is definitely in our top 3 favorite condos we have stayed in! Cheers, KW

Overall a great vacation.

We had stayed in several properties within the Ocean Bliss condo but found this one suited the needs of our family the best. The unit is well laid out, comfortable and attractive. We had six adults and three children and had plenty of room. Overall a great unit!

We came to OCMD for a national dance competition and knew that we preferred to stay in a condo, not a hotel. We looked at MANY and ultimately settled on 301 Ocean Bliss because of the space, proximity to the convention center, and proximity to the beach. Having stayed in many rentals over the years we are always a bit anxious about the shape a rental will be in when we arrive... we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness (except for the kitchen sink where there were some food particles and mold and the bathroom sinks had some grime around the fixtures). The unit is larger than it looks and accommodated our three families with four girls and one boy perfectly. The closet space is impressively big and the laundry room was a great asset. The hooks on the doors and in the laundry room were excellent for hanging damp beach things and bath towels. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony (though the chairs were a bit rough on the skin the picnic tables were perfect). The seating in the living space was ample and accommodated our party well. Power strips and TVs in every room were nice to have as well as some hangers in each closet. Once we figured out how to use the lock on the door it was very convenient. The pool was nearly empty all week, probably because it was freezing! The water was clear and it was a nice space, though. Having only two parking spots was not ideal but we made it work - limited parking seems to be a theme in OCMD anyway (this was our first visit). The wifi was awfully slow to the point that we did not use it. Overall, if we return to OCMD we will hope to stay in this condo again!

Good impression! This is rather huge apartment, perfect for weekend friends and family gathering which was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen and dining area are also big and convenient. Everything was clean, the host was responsive to our messages. Will definitely consider this condo again next time we're in Ocean City.
