The location, unit view and layout, facilities and beach were fantastic. A very well-equipped and maintained property. The VRBO photos do not do it justice. The communications with the property manager were great. Overall, an excellent stay. We wish we had extended longer.

First time in Cocoa Beach and really enjoyed the beach, pool, restaurants and many nearby activities. The apartment was wonderful. My wife kept saying that it was exactly how she would have decorated it. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from the south facing balcony. We are definitely planning to come back next year.

We didn’t get a chance to really experience the area because right after we arrived a hurricane formed and headed our way. Spent our time looking for a hotel in Orlando instead of relaxing on the beach! The time I did spend on the beach was great but water was too rough to go in beyond your knees.
Unit desperately needs new beach chairs. They are rusty and in rough shape.

Fantastic condo!
This condo was exactly as pictures and as described! It has moved to the top as our favorite condo we’ve stayed in while in Cocoa Beach. The balcony was wonderful, great view of the ocean without being direct. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little firm for our taste but that’s just personal preference. If we weren’t moving down to Florida, we’d definitely stay here again!

The property looks exactly like the pictures, perhaps better in person. It was comfortable for us and gave us privacy with the set up of the condo. Everything was well spelled out as to how to check in, use the pool, use various keys, etc. Would like to stay again.

Our stay in 512 Sandcastles was a great experience! Our family was counting down the days until our arrival, and it was nothing short of what was advertised. Everything was very clean and they supplied everything we could need. Thank you so much for everything! It was the vacation experience that we all needed for some rest and relaxation.

The Perfect Getaway.
Wanting to find a place we escape the cold weather and enjoy Florida, boy did we find the perfect spot. The unit was spotless and filled with many amenities. Close to the beach which was very clean and not crowded. We brought a wagon which was very helpful transporting our beach items back and forth. We tried many different restaurants that were close by and Jennifer was very helpful recommending ones for us to try. Publix is 1 1/2 miles away which made it very easy to stock up on supplies. Very easy booking this unit and very quick responses from Jennifer. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic Stay
This was an awesome place to stay! Perfect for our little family of three (including a 2 year old). By far, the best condo we've ever stayed in. The décor set the mood for a beach vacation. We caught a cold front during our stay and got stuck indoors a couple days. We didn't mind because the place was so nice! Cocoa Beach was nice too. Not to "touristy" but still lots of fun things to do. Only a 1 hour and 10 min drive to Disney. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a great place to stay.
The property is clean and well maintained. It is directly on Cocoa Beach with great views. The pool is located on the west side so afternoon sun is not an issue. We actually saw a SpaceX launch while we were there right on the beach looking north. Val the GM is very hospitable as well are the tenants we experienced. Sandcastle is centrally located and easy to get to. This is our 5th or 6th time staying there and will continue to stay there moving forward.

Awesome property!
My family had an excellent stay at Sand Castles! The condo was exactly as pictured. It was nicely decorated and no detail was overlooked. It was immaculate and the beach chairs were an added bonus. Jennifer was a great host and maintained communication with us from the initial booking, upon check in, and during check out. The beach view from the balcony was amazing and it was nice having private access to the beach, which was literally behind the property. Will be recommending to friends and family. Stay in Sand Castles 512 and your family will have great memories as we do :)!

Beautiful condo!
We stayed here for a baseball tournament. It was perfect for our family. It was very clean, new, and very safe and secure. My kids loved the pool and we took full advantage of the beach equipment and toys. We would definitely return.

Wonderful condo - super clean, adorably decorated, great location, relaxing porch with great views. Fully stocked for the beach with chairs, towels and an umbrella. One the nicest we’ve stayed in with VRBO.
