Visited New Orleans from Philadelphia with family. Needed a bigger space in order to accommodate everyone. Staying here exceeded my expectations. Also, it’s close enough to the French Quarter to enjoy it. But far enough away to be able to sleep at night. Also a delightful Court yard.

Overall we were pleased with the stay. The unit like others in the building are managed by Roami and not individual owners. You are not staying at someone's private second home. Instead it is stocked and managed by a managing company so there is no concierge or person on site to assist on the premises if issues were to arise. However, Roami personnel were responsive and prompt to respond at all hours of the day. We paid extra for early check in and this was easy to do. We utilized the unit for Jazz Festival 2023. We used it mostly for rest and sleep. We were able to park the car across the street in the Premium parking lot which was pricey at times but if you reserve or schedule your parking, there is a small reduction in costs. A car was broken into the weekend we stayed. We don't know what led to the car break-in but understand it is common in New Orleans. We did not leave any personal items in our car and it was fine all 4 days we where there. The layout of the unit was good. There was 2 bedrooms and one bath that we shared. There was a outside shared patio which is unique to this area. One evening, guests from another unit were loud at very late hours and Roami was able to address this with them promptly. A few negatives: our primary bedroom's walls were dirty with screws sticking out where a mounted TV was once placed. The bathroom looked like it was cleaned "just enough". The vanity was rough and had seen better days. The rugs in the bedrooms and living room felt dirty with evidence of hair from previous stays. We avoided being barefoot. Few positives: We appreciated the stocked area in the main lobby/den area where we could grab an extra set of towels or coffee filters or makeup remover cloths if needed. Consider adding bath mats to the stocked area. There was intermittent WIFI service. The managing company was prompt to respond and resolve the issue. Overall, it was fine. We'd stay in the unit in the future again.

Checking in was super easy. Access to/from the unit was great. Furniture was comfortable and well placed. The fully stocked kitchen was a nice touch, although we didnt get to use it. Surprisingly good coffee available. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful experience staying in this property! I loved the privacy, the spaciousness, the high end and unique furniture, and the high speed WiFi. The property was strategically located to be proximal to both the convention center for work and the French Quarter for play. It was also within a couple of blocks of a good Vietnamese restaurant - a lifesaver for this Asian traveler :) The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, olive oil and a solid knife block and cutting board for cooking. The neighborhood was safe and quiet at night. The property is historic - the French impressionist Edgar Degas once stayed and painted here! I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at the Sextant facility. Great operation, nice facility, convenient to all NOLA. Two thumbs up from me and would definitely stay there again!

Thank you so much for hosting us. Your home is beautiful and the location was perfect. It was far away from the Bourbon st. to have peace and quite but close enough to walk and enjoy the festivities.
