Loved the location and awesome backyard!

Quiet home with a beautiful backyard view of a a small lake and gorgeous pool and patio.

The house, location, pool and pond were perfect. The amenities were ideal. If you are looking for the best place, look no further. The host was wonderful-quickly answered all my questions. Thank you for a memorable experience.

This is a wonderful property that lives up to the photos and description posted! The hosts were responsive and welcoming. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is great! The hot tub, pool, and patio area are perfect for a little relaxation.

Nice could use a a light refresh, but overall I would rent it again

The owner was super response and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything which was very nice! Unfortunately, the floors and rugs were really dirty and all of the cameras felt invasive. We understand wanting to keep an eye on your property but there were at least 3 cameras out back just staring at us which gives you no privacy. One was literally outside of the master shower, which had 3 windows with no coverings nor were they tinted, so that felt creepy. Not sure if the owners have had a bad experience or if we were in a bad neighborhood that required this?? Either way it made us feel uncomfortable.

This property has an amazing heated pool, hot tub, gorgeous sunrises, and lake views. Bird lovers paradise. Great location for vacation home base off the 101. Starbucks and Safeway nearby. Can’t wait to come back.

Easy check in. Home was beautiful. Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was fantastic as was all the outdoor patio furniture. Husband enjoyed the fishing from the dock. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time on spring break! This house is perfect for families that love to enjoy an oasis backyard!

Needed a peaceful quiet get away and that is exactly what we found. Highly recommend this location. The Only Item we recommend is placing the pool pump in an enclosure as it is pretty loud. There is nothing bad to say at all about this place, Nothing. Loved it will be going back sometime.

The owners of the property were wonderful. From making sure we had what we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner all the way to coming over when we thought the hot tub was on the brink. They pulled through. We enjoyed the sunshine and the backyard immensely! This was our favorite part of the property. We do wish the pool had been heated so everyone could enjoyed it, not just our 11 year old who had fun jumping in freezing water to then quickly warming up in the hot tub! I was grateful for all the floats though because we did use those to float atop the water but having the amazing sun to bathe in was so nice! I am glad that our children were at the ages they are (11 and up) because even at 11, there were times I found myself anxious due to the areas of drop off where there could be potential danger for injuries. However, with age and maturity, the backyard is amazing!! I wouldn’t recommend it with toddlers but that’s just me. Unfortunately, the vacation started off by us washing all towels and some sheet sets. Even though most likely they had been washed, the stains on them didn’t make anyone feel at ease. The living room couch was dirty with food smeared on the seat cushions. I flipped them over and covered with some of the sheets I washed. I also covered the outside seating with towels due to the filth on those. The bed in the master was extremely noisy. There were times we thought it was going to collapse. Mainly happens when getting in and out. Those things aside. Location is great, owners were great, backyard enjoyable and the view beautiful!

Beautiful property with quick and easy communication with the owners. Great location. Short drive to great restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the property for our wedding. My bridal party and I stayed here the night before and got ready day of and it was the perfect setup and location. Our bridal photos here are breathtaking! My husband and I came back here to this paradise for our wedding night and it was a perfectly peaceful and wonderful way to start our marriage!

We loved the pool and hot tub! That is where we spent our time at. Master bathroom amazing! The only one thing l would suggest is to somehow see how to get rid off those mosquitos. We got some many bites. Great location, close to everything! We had fun and we enjoyed our 5 day stay. Thanks, Mirela

The backyard of this home was described by others as an oasis which is what it truly is. The pool with the fountains is beautiful and clean, the various seating options. Around the pool were great. The house itself was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children (ages 9 and 11 months). We had a wonderful time. We spent the entire stay swimming. We grilled steaks and made smores. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody! Thank you for having us.

This is a wonderful home to just come and relax. Sit in the hot tub, take a swim, fish and just soak up all the beautiful nature that is here too! I have stayed here a few times and it feels like home.

Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard terrace area was the place to be. Hot tub, pool, and TV outside made the opening weekend of the NCAA tourney that much more enjoyable. Plenty of things to do close by. We enjoyed spending our vacation here and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

We loved our time here. Location couldn't have been better while visiting family. Communication with owners was stellar and so approachable. We have definitely found our home away from home. Thank you to our hosts!

Great family place especially for teens. You would need to be careful with little kiddos. The kids really enjoyed fishing right off the dock area, plenty of spaces to sleep, the hot tub was delightful. Pool is not heated- so we only got in real quick! Owners were amazing! We had a quick question and they got back to us right away! Great location. Some trails close by too. Groceries were delivered by Safeway. We also used DoorDash a couple times for restaurants during these crazy times. Everything was very clean! You have your own backyard oasis! Beautiful place to relax!

This home is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, but the moment you step onto the back patio, you’re on a tropical vacation. The proximity to conveniences (grocery stores, shopping, freeway, coffee, golf, etc. ) make it ideally located. We would recommend staying here and hope to go back.

With that being said, even though it was winter and no adults would probably think of swimming, our children wanted to swim and the pool is not heated. Just to keep in mind.
