The food was just incredible. Ease of access to food was so convenient, along with the 24hr room service, and 24hr bar that served nachos and sandwiches all day, made it so we never went hungry. The room was beautiful, staff was very friendly, pool was perfect. We absolutely loved it overall.

The people down at the bottom of the stairs, on your way to the beach trying to sell you jetski’s and boat tours were quite pushy and aggressive. I know they’re not affiliated with the resort, but I think they could do a bit more to keep from bothering everyone so much. Also, we pre coordinated for an early checkin, and told them we were on our honeymoon, and requested the honeymoon package, even told them when we first arrived, and they said they would setup rose petals and champagne and a $200 spa voucher for our honeymoon, and my wife was so excited. When we got there they said the room was not ready, even though we requested a 12-1 checkin, which is okay, I know that isn’t possible every time, but they told us to check in every hour, and that they’re going to set the room up very nice for us, that’s what was taking so long apparently. We didn’t get in our room until 4pm, 4 hours after we arrived, and the room had zero of the promised stuff done to it. I called them and they said to come down to the concierge the next day and they’ll have something for us. The next day I talked to them, and I hey gave us a tiny bottle of Bacardi rum. That was our “honeymoon package”. The rooms have 4 full bottles of liquor in them already, so that tiny bottle was completely irrelevant. So we were a little disappointed in that. Other than those two things, everything was incredible, our room was very nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean at least.

The staff were nice and the location was good

The drinks were terrible. The food was awful and really difficult to get into the a la carte restaurants. The toilet got blocked nearly every night. It was like being in a child’s resort with all the loud music and games so it was not very relaxing at all. A hen or stag do vibe if that’s what you wanted.

The beach area was beautiful. The nightly entertainment was far better than most resorts. Exceptional. Buffett was as good as the speciality restaurants. Usually easy to get a drink at the various locations.

Staff didn’t stock our mini fridge with the Diet Coke we had asked for. Had to request three times and go the the desk also. Then, they brought regular coke not Diet Coke. One day our room was not touched until we called. Requested a spa treatment but not available until the day we were leaving. It was just a lip wax. Resort credits were worthless. You could only use a small amount to purchase a much more costly service.

Too be honest totally over priced for what it delivered . I would say a 2 star hotel never 5 star . Staff very friendly , food was basic .

All of it, the pool was like Butlins holiday park . Not what I expected at all a lot of money for what it was .We got charged a lot compared to USA customers . Floors very dangerous , my wife fell twice on a tiled floor and hurt herself . No one followed up on how she was at all after reporting . Once I signed the disclaimer no interest at all .

L’attitude de la manager qui devrait suivre des leçons de communication de crise lorsque je l’ai dit qu’il était stupide de nous interdire l’accès à la plage pour réaliser quelques photos et de nous proposer de sortir de l’hôtel et passer par le chemin désaffecté qui jouxte l’hôtel. Les animations intérieures et extérieures sont excessivement bruyantes. Le personnel est majoritairement peu souriant
