The was no Wifi. The restaurant facility closed. The was big spidee web.

Big room and friendly staff

No fan in room..when you open the window - you can hear the trafic. No showerhead. Pillow of poor quality and broken blinds

I didn't like the rooms where very bad, the beds are not comfortable they put board underneath, you just wake up tired, and the stuff needs some training as well, the toilet lights are automatic they just switch off when you're inside you take a shower in a dark, the beedings are old fashion, the outside is beautiful, buy extra towel we can't wait for towel to dry out when we need them

Swimming Pool, Garden and Staff is very friendly

There were no fan or air-condition on the room. The heat was intolerable

The place looked like paradise at night, the pool the white chairs...wow I love ❤️ it

Really nice looking room. Loved balcony and views of gardens. Stunning to be so high up and look into trees. This place has so much potential

Stunning rooms and gardens, but definitely need to focus on small things which make a guests stay enjoyable: We had 1 thin towel for 2 adults to share? No bath or shower mat, wet floors slippery/ dangerous Irritating bathroom light which switches off every few seconds when no movement No soap No standard pillows, only 2 rock hard continental type pillows which you can't sleep on and 2 very flat pillows which were more as feature pillows than actual pillows one would use to sleep with. Terrible terrible pillows, could not sleep because of this. A kettle but no mugs/cups ? 1 coffee creamer and few tea bags. Even if there were cups, not enough condiments for 2 people. Could not get Tv to switch on Could not find a 2 pin plug to charge phones
