cleanliness (appliances need a deep clean especially the dishwasher)

we loved the house, the view from the rear was fantastic the kitchen and rear living area was used a lot by us the house being decorated for Christmas was a plus bedrooms were all a good size the house was dog friendly the road itself was very quiet, no passing noisy traffic nicely stocked kitchen, crockery etc great size fridge

There was not really any mirrors close to a plug, for hair drying etc. some of the mirrors were a bit high up for us. we felt that for 6 people upstairs, one bathroom was not really enough. my parents were in the bedroom with the bath in the room and they both said that they couldn't sit up in the bed without hitting their heads, they said the room was lovely and a great size but the layout was not the best (mainly because of the previous listed problem they encountered with the bed). The worst issue we had, was the road leading up to the house, the pot holes were ridiculous and took some manoeuvring

The house was lovely especially the bath with the television ! Sat nav directions to get there are frustrating and kept sending us out of our way abit but the house and garden was brilliant !

Once you have your bearings everything is drivable and easy to get to .

Breakfast in the sun on the patio with the bifold door pulled back was great way to start the day. All the mod cons, everything you need for trip away. Space space and more space. Fantastic views of the sea to watch the ships roll by.

Could have done with a frying pan, and maybe some bigger towels, but apart from that everything was great.
