Very good and perfect spot place in the Galveston area. House have absolutely everything you need for vacations. Very clean, everything comfortable. Area is very well located amd very very peaceful. Pool was great too. Highly recommend. We will go back definitely. Very nice host too very responsive.

Traveled from out of state to take our little to the beach for the first time. Family lived close by so we invited them to join us and stay the night if they desired. This listing was a great price for what it offered. It was a short stay so we didn’t utilize all it offered, but it was just what we needed especially for the time we spent here. It was easy to worked with the manager and you can tell they care to be sure you have all you need. It’s an easy yes when it comes to wanting to book here again. Thankful for the ease of the stay.

Wonderful stay in a great location for the beach!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was easily accessible right across the street. Nice area, plenty of room for our two families with kids. The fire pit was perfect after a day at the beach. Very relaxing.

Our family stayed in this beautiful property near the water. We were able to get our wash done and have a few nice meals as a family. I will say the downfall is that we weren’t familiar with the area and were very confused as to how many miles away the actual town of Galveston was away. The communication was good and helpful with the hosts, but I wished we were closer to town since we were staying just for 1 night. The property is really set up for a multiple night stay and it was very nice. My family was very comfortable and made themselves right at home.

Every time when we go to Galveston we always stay in the hotel but this time we just want to try something new. My families and I love we had the best time together

Was looking for a one night day trip to the beach to spend some quality time with family. Overall stay was great! Beach was close by down the street to drive. Enough space for a group of 9. Love the decor! Very comfy and relaxing.

Super relaxing stay here!

We were only needling one night at this house and I’m glad it wasn’t any longer than that. The biggest problem was the description of the house, and how it was laid out. We have seven children that traveled with us no one ever mentioned to us that the bedrooms we’re not all in the house. It would probably be a good set up for people that want privacy, but in our case, we have a lot of Littles, and the three beds that I planned on putting them in was actually a converted garage with a separate entrance. So I had to stay in the garage with them and my husband had to stay in the main house with the others!!I reached out to the owner and have not heard back as of yet. I called immediately when we got there and said that this was not gonna work. I should also mention that the little game that is in the garage where the beds are doesn’t work and neither did the TV. I hope that the owner will put a more accurate description of his property before people rent it so they know if it will work for them or not. Still have not heard anything from anybody nor was offered any type of resolution .

Great little condo. Quite neighborhood, conveniently located to a nice beach. Place was clean and a great place to relax for a few days. They forgot the coffee but other than that, really enjoyable stay with everything needed to get some R&R. Thanks!

Very clean with a good location.

Beautiful home Great location

The property was good but these items need to be addressed: The bottom drawer of the stove had dirty pizza pan and the bottom of the draw had a 1/8 in layer of grease in it. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned for some time. The shower floor was extremely slippery and needs to be corrected. My wife slipped but did manage to grab a safety bar and keep from falling. VERY DANGEROUS! The shower facet handle could not be used easily to adjust the water temp. No ice maker. Suggest you tell next renters that. Kitchen was well appointed with all the pots and pans, utensils, etc. to make the say very convenient. Stove worked well and the refrigerator was clean and worked well. Very nice TV

I booked the trip for my 40th birthday with sister and brother in law from out of state. The house was cutely decorated and perfect for a small group. We had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay the property is just as described. Awesome front deck with views of the ocean.

The house has all essentials, plenty of space and very clean.

The managers were super helpful and communicated often. The property is far away from everything in Galveston which allowed us to have the whole beach to ourselves. Completely out of the property owners control but the time of year we went we were swarmed by a ton of mosquitoes. Great place to stay with the whole family.

Excellent stay! Short stay prior to going on a cruise but it was as advertised!

Not a large place but not too cramped for the 7 people I had there. Doors and interior were worn but it wasn’t terribly run down. Living room had a nice couch for group tv, games or movies . I don’t need anything fancy so it was good enough for me, but if you’re looking for something brand new this might not be your place. I’d say a 3 star is the right rating.

Although we only stayed for one night, we had a really fun time. The beach was a short 3 minute drive, which was literally across the main street. The beach house had ample space for a family of 6 adults and 2 children. We used the grill without difficulties, played on the patio and enjoyed playing games on the arcade. Overall the beach house offered the main components needed when away from home. The only negative aspect is the fact that there's only one shower, however, there's two half bathrooms. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Great little spot by the beach

We had a great time. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed an extra day. Our kids had so much fun.

The main page of this listing says Bathrooms 2 Half Baths 2 which would lead most people to believe there are two full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There are not. There is one full bathroom upstairs. They count the outdoor shower as a bathroom and don’t bother to clean up old pieces of soap leftover from people who stayed there before. They post pics of the same bathroom twice with a different shower curtain and different items on counter. They are for sure trying to mislead but you can find the details if you look enough. There was toothpaste splatter on the mirror and old food left on the drying rack in the sink (no dishwasher) they don’t provide beach towels or laundry detergent. It is bare minimum for a high price. Wi-Fi doesn’t work downstairs. I’d find a better place if you’re looking.

This was a nice stay especially considering pets are allowed. It was very clean. You would never know pets had stayed previously! There was plenty of room for my family and our mothers to stay with us. Very close to the beach also! We had a great time!

My family and I had a great time. Property was just as described we would definitely stay again. It was a truly relaxing environment.

Awesome stay very clean!

I was impressed by the manager's response time and clarity. They were timely in their communications and considerate to our experience. I was happy to have had a great place to stay @ with a reasonable price, and so was my family. We had great memories, and that is what I am always happy to pay for.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We had a great time. The house is well equipped, with a nice kitchen setup for a rental. We walked to the beach twice daily and just hung out. It was a great place for relaxing.

Perfect amount of space for our family of 5. Short walk to beach, bay or pool. Would recommend golf cart rental for future use but doable without. Highly recommend arranging beach chair service prior to arrival. No beach chairs or other beach items available for use. Outdoor shower was a hit with all ages and very useful for our fur baby. Washer/Dryer are older, did leave minor rust marks on some clothing. Front deck is very relaxing in the evening. Overall a great stay!! We would recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet relaxing environment without all the distractions.

Location: great area, but requires crossing a busy highway to get to beach Sleeping: Fouton does not turn into a bed (screws put in to prevent this). Bunks are not sturdy with a broken ladder and closet in that room is not accessible. Master bedroom is fine. Although we did not have a lot of people, you could safely sleep 6 Communication with manager: challenging due to manager only communicating via VRBO app; area naturally does not have good cell service. Recommend the manager talk voice to make experience more personable. Kitchen: Not mentioned on posting, but there is NO Dishwasher Outside shower: definitely helpful when coming back from the beach Patio: lots of patio space. Picture of the swinging chair is not there.
