Friendly staff , great neighborhood, very modern and comfortable hotel

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend for her lacrosse tournament. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. The front desk staff and valet attendants were very friendly and helpful every time we passed by. My daughter insisted on getting a queen bunk bed room which she loved! It was on the smaller side, but it worked for us and the double TVs were a hit. Only issue I had was there wasn't a chair to sit in so I was stuck on the bottom bunk. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to have. There is bench seat under the window, but it doesn't have a back to it so not the most comfortable. We loved that the floors are wood instead of carpet as it felt much cleaner than other hotels! Great bathroom with a rain shower head with good water pressure. They also had bottles of water in the room refrigerator and by the elevator in the lobby. The location was excellent and we walked to local restaurants for dinner and got ice cream next door at Clumpie's both nights. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff was excellent. We had a mess up with our booking (on my part) and they were able to work with us and accommodate us on a super busy weekend. The hotel was also beautiful with a lot of things in the area!

location downtown was what I needed

street noise is over the top loud. they do provide one set of ear plugs. hallway noise was enough to wake me and I am a great sleeper

Beautifully presented hotel. Amazing hidden speakeasy bar in the hotel too! What a find. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms - loved the decor. Also very quiet rooms!! Had the best night’s sleep of my entire 2 week trip in the States.

I only disliked the fact we were stupid enough to only stay the one night.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. And we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Only complaint, but it's a personal preference, is the bed wasn't very comfortable.

We just had tea in the morning at the cafe but they offered breakfast until 3 and the options were good. I liked the modern style of the room and hotel. We didn’t go to the speakeasy but it was a neat feature.

My husband said the bed was a little hard but I didn’t notice that.
