Great location for where we were working. Communication from owners was really good regarding access to property etc and we were really pleased with the facilities and the property itself. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication from host, check-in was easy and instructions with pictures were provided for everything in the apartment. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, super comfy beds, reliable wifi and ideal location!

The property itself was good and clean. The location was also good as it is near the high street.

It says that the property has parking space but the reality there is NO parking space for you. The flat is part of a building, and in the building, there are other permanent residents who will NOT allow you to park. The parking space is enough for two cars only which have already been taken by the other flats. If you try to park your car, then they will shout at you!! The whole situation was unpleasant and when I informed the management about the issue, they were apologetic but simply say ''we can not do anything!''. So if you have a car, this property might not be inconvenient.

The location was great. Handy for the main street and West Ealing Station.

The apartment smelled of damp, to the point we had to go out and buy room spray and scented candles to try and mask it. The bedsheets felt damp. The mirror in the en-suite was off the wall and balanced on the sink unit, rendering the plug for the sink un-useable. The outer glass to both bedrooms was broken. The front room window had a huge crack in it. The settee had marks on it. All in all very disappointing. We arrived late on the Tuesday evening, so had to bed down, then had back to back appointments all day on the Wednesday, so I had no time to do let the company know of my feelings. As we concluded our business at lunchtime on the 2nd day of our 3 day booking, we checked out early and came home; not needing (or wanting) to spend the final night we had paid for. I contacted the company when we left, to say we had left early and give them details of my complaint and requested a partial refund. I was told someone would be in touch. I had too chase as no one did get in touch and I was told a refund wasn't appropriate as I hadn't given the opportunity to fix the problem. And I was told someone did call but I was in a meeting!
