Very comfortable, spacious apartment. Good location.

The kitchen equipment is basic.

The location of the propery is awesome - next to the beach and the convention centre.

The property needs car parking Euro 11 per day and security deposit of Euro 150. After my departure, the security money returned to me was only Euro 103. The property manager informed me that Euro 47 money was charged during transmission. When I tranmittted security money, the transmission money was paid by me while the property manager transmitted only Euro 103 out of Euro 150 paid by me. So it is an extra cost I encured along with Euro 66 for car parking during my stay of 6 days. During property booking - these extra cost was not informed to me. The propery manager does not know English at all. The only way of communication is by whatsapp.

Excellent location just by the beach, surf break and shopping center. Very good communication with the owner. No unexpected major issues regarding the apartment or renting process.

Kitchen oven didn’t work, but happy to see that the owner began to fix the issue when we were leaving.

there is a lot to like about the property. spacious. very clean. very comfortable. a very good location. and very little or nothing to dislike.

there would be amazing if there was a hoover in the property as after a few days it is nice to clean for yourself (and for the landlord after leaving the property)

Beds were comfortable. Apartment building relatively new. Location is great; quiet but right at the beach front.

Kitchen could have been better equipped. Because we were with 2 people, one of the bedrooms remained locked.

Host was prompt to contact me and contactable via watsapp. I used to live in Las Palmas so I didn’t need any advice during the stay. The apartment was very clean on arrival. Has a washing machine, fridge and cooking utensils but very limited cutlery. Location is great as it’s in front of the beach and there is a large shopping centre across the road, including a big supermarket. If you like surfing, this area is also ideal as there are several surfing rental shops nearby.

Be aware that there is a €300 deposit to pay prior to arrival and I didn’t realise this until after booking. It is written at the bottom of the site in the policies section and not seen easily. Also, I recommend you read the additional charges written behind the door carefully. I stupidly relied on the hosts’ introductory watsapp message only so I had an additional charge for not emptying the bins prior to check-out, which I still think should be part of the overall service but those are the rules. The apartment had a faulty hob (two out of four not working) and the host offered to fix it after I highlighted this to him. I declined as I didn’t need four, but this should’ve been fixed prior to our arrival. Also, fixing this during my holiday stay would’ve been unacceptable anyways. The oven is also faulty if this is something you need, but I wasn’t bothered. The apartment has cooking utensils but very little cutlery, little more than a spoon. The apartment is no-smoking but occasionally smoke from the neighbours gets into the apartment, especially in the toilet. I think it comes through the air ventilation pipes for the whole building. We are non-smokers so this did bother us and I highlighted this to the host after our stay so it can be remedied.

The place is by the beach (South end) and a convenient shopping center. Spacious, clean and working apartment with all the needed appliances. The owner is ready to help if anything is needed. Lots of services available nearby. The bus to old town leaves just outside, among other routes.
