Overall the stay was very relaxing, nice and clean

Very nice place to stay on the west side of Fresno. If I am back in town again I will look at staying here again. Room was very spacious and the bathroom is very large. The layout was very nice. Three ceiling fans and the ac worked great. Very quiet neighborhood. I had only two minor issues with the place. The water pressure in the shower is very low and the light/fan switches are confusing. Other than that the place is great.

In for the weekend and this guest house was perfect. Huge bedroom and bathroom with a very comfortable bed. Will try and get this place again when I come back next year. Very easy communication with the owner. Thank you!

What I valued the most was the quick and kind response from our host. I’m a city girl, so getting used to the quiet was tough for me lol but my husband loved it! It’s also very well lit in the evening which is a huge welcome home from a long day. We definitely enjoyed the jet tub with some epsom salt and made our sleep that much sweeter. Thanks!

My husband and I were in Fresno to take RE test and needed a quiet place to study. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The studio was private, quiet, clean and very comfortable. This serene environment helped me relax and pass my test :). Definitely recommend this host and property to anyone looking for a nice serene spot w/a counrty feel just outside of the busier suburbs.

This is our go to place to stay when we are in Fresno. It is off the beaten path, but yet, close to restaurants and shopping. It’s quiet, serene, and peaceful. I highly suggest this property if you want to be close to the city, but yet far enough away to Phil like you are in the country.

Very impressively clean and relaxing place with no bothersome people or anything. Just very serenity place enough we even got to enjoy the bathtub twice and bed was so comfortable! Beautiful place we would go back again again and again. Thank you so much for sharing your place.

Loved the decorations. Bed was super comfy! Bathroom super large. Check in super easy. Recommend to anyone needing a place to stay for before or after Yosemite or Sequoia National Park. Quiet neighborhood!

This place was PERFECT! So clean (that's huge for me because I'm funny about this stuff) So comfortable and the jet tub hits the spot for relaxing! All the details are thought of down to the "oh shoot I forgot" basket in the bathroom full of things you always forget when packing! This owner really cares and thinks of the little things! I will be visiting again!

If you are looking for an exceptionally clean, quiet place, this is it. Just make sure communications/details are in place well in advance. This was my only issue as I am not a regular Vrbo user and I hate downloading apps I will use just once and clogging my computer with apps.

We needed an excuse to try out leaving our dog with a new dog sitter. We chose this property for our get-away because it looked like a private spa.
We were not disappointed. We brought epsom salt per the host's recommendation and very much enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi.
We found plenty to do in the area and also enjoyed some delicious meals at local places to eat.

I have to say "little" because this rental was extremely spacious. There is a work nook, spacious dining area, bed and TV, living room, and a palatial bathroom.
The location was in a suburban setting, on a huge lot with crop acreage. There was an adorable outdoor seating area and the indoor decor was farmhouse chic. Cleanliness and materials provided were top notch.
The only suggestion I would have is to add travel size bottles of shampoo/conditioner for guests who might be flying in or forgotten to bring their own.
