Very nice property. Appreciated the cleanliness

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect! It is within walking distance to the beach and Siesta Key Village. Very nice to have access to the private beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

The property was just as described and is in a great location. It was a quick walk across the street to the white, powdery sand beaches and it was nice to have a wagon/beach chairs provided to take with us. It’s nearby many great restaurants and ice cream places, as well as little shops. Kitchen was fully stocked, washer & dryer was very convenient to have in house. The pickleball courts and 2 heated pools were great to have access to. Staff was great and responsive ti any concerns we had. Highly recommend!

The place was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Very well stocked with multiple hair dryers and cooking stuff galore. Nice appliances. There were even some unexpected things in the garage (a wagon to haul things to the beach and beach toys for making sand castles, etc. The grandkids appreciated all that). There are board games in the family room and several smart televisions. Pool was nice. Very clean. The place is located a short drive from nice shops and restaurants. Worth noting - the beach is a bit of a walk from the unit. maybe 1/2 mile. Probably not an issue if you're under 65 or very fit. Overall, we would stay again and felt it was a good value for our group of 7. everyone was sad to leave and looking forward to another adventure next year - God willing!

Awesome location near beach and steps away from pool. Fully furnished living space with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

Townhouse was very clean, stocked and homey ! We loved our stay here very much !

House very nice and clean. Only real issue was there was only 1 key to access pool and gym. Also needed fob to have access to beach, there were only 2. Should have 1 for every bedroom.

Place was great. We had an issue with AC unit and they had someone out to repair it quickly.

While we loved the house our three week rental turned into two weeks when I was told an error had been made and another customer also rented the house for three weeks and their third week was the same as our first week and since they were return customers the week would go to them. We were now left with only two weeks. Needless to say it was very upsetting and for that reason I would be reluctant to rent again. I understand everyone makes mistakes there was very in the way of an apology.

The property was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for! Our hosts were excellent communicators and checked in frequently to make sure we were happy. Can’t say enough good things about Gulf & Bay Club Bayside.

Last minute stay but it was a quick process, condo was very cute! Beach rides were great used them a lot. Very well maintained and quiet property!

Despite hurricane Ian forcing us off the key before the end of our week stay, we had a wonderful time. The condo is exactly as listed, and the property is well kept. We plan on going back soon!

Stocked with everything you could ever need. This place was an amazing home away from home. Conveniently located near everything.

We enjoyed our stay here. Although not directly beach side, it is a very easy .5 mile walk to the private beach. The beach wagon and chairs supplied were great. We also chose to purchase a pop up tent and cabana chairs from the local beach front vendor (prices were very reasonable). The unit was clean and easy to access. Close to Siesta village and many shops and restaurants. Plenty of beach towels were provided in the unit. We have no complaints and will definitely consider this unit for future visits to Siesta Key.

Was a very nice place!! Room enough for all of us. Loved the complex. Beautifully kept up!! Nice convenience of walking to lots of restaurants and shops. Beach access was terrific!! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo and the entire resort was beautiful and quiet. Little bit of a walk to the beach but I got plenty of steps in this week. We were provided everything we could possibly need in condo and for the beach. I would highly recommend this listing. My daughter wants to move here. In this exact condo. Lol.

We would definitely recommend this property. We didn't mind the steps up and down, but some might. Being up on the second and third floors gives you a beautiful view of the area. It is a quiet area, but the residents and vacationers were all very friendly. We saw dolphins and a manatee while out on the canal. The beach is a walk, but again we didn't mind and it was easy access. We had a wagon to use to pull our things. There is also transportation in the area if you dint want to drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful week with our kids! Had plenty of space and everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach!

Townhouse was great! Everything was perfect.

Perfect in every way! Loved having so much room, the beds were very comfortable, the lanai was a favorite spot, felt like a tropical garden. Very well stocked with towels & kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is an easy walk across the road, thanks for the beach chairs, wagon & umbrella! Enjoyed sitting on the bay with morning coffee watching the dolphins, manatees, different birds & boats going by. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home, will be back next year! Deb

Loved the layout of the unit. Had all the amenities we needed. The two levels allowed us some private space. Spent indoor time on the porch and outdoor time playing pickle ball and in the pool.

The unit was immaculate and stocked with everything needed for our stay - very nice & "homey". The pools and the "shell trail" were beautiful & very clean - loved everything! Peaceful and very inviting!

Thank you once again for allowing my family to stay at your wonderful townhouse! We had a nice family vacation despite the red tide and tropical storm Fred. The flexibility you provided at check in/ check out process was greatly appreciated. The complex has a lot to offer, my family enjoyed many afternoon fishing from the convenience of the docks, only steps away from the house, The pool almost at the front of the property, the BBQ grills, the gym were also amenities we enjoyed. All was spotless clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and more. Congratulations for your tastefully decorated home and for providing your guest with many amenities to make their stay more enjoyable! I’ll look forward to staying with you again in the future!

The condo was exactly as the description. It was clean and very well furnished and accessorized. The kitchen had everything you needed. The location to the pool is perfect and the walk to the beach was easy. The neighborhood was quiet with families as well as couples. My adult children took the tram into siesta Village several times and really enjoyed it. We also drove to the village several evening for drinks and/or dinner. Great location. We did need assistance with a couple of small issues that arose but management responded very quickly and resolved same day. We recommend this property.

The weather of course was lovely. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice pool. Easy walk to beach. Very nice of the owners to provide beach chairs and beach towels since we flew in.
