This is a beautiful home with a nice backyard space. Everything we needed to enjoy our friends reunion. Host was awesome to communicate with. No major issues to report. The neighborhood is quiet. Not a good spot if you plan to be noisy but our group did not have any issues.

The home was beautiful and the pool was beautiful. The area was quiet and the location was so close to other stores which it was convenient. The host responded so quickly and handle our corcerns. Second time staying with this host and was not disappointed. Every time I stay in phoenix I will use this host.

The house is great and perfect layout for adults-only guests. There were extra touches everywhere that made us feel at home and the owners were quick to answer any questions. Christian is awesome!! The 9pm outdoor curfew was a bit disappointing for a weekend trip where it was in the 100s and we wanted to take advantage of the pool/bbq amenities at night. We didn't want to have a big party, we just wanted to be outside. We didn't feel fully comfortable with the rigid community.

My family flew to PHX to visit the grand-parents. We stayed here at Ocotillo and were super impressed. We've stayed all over Chandler and the surrounding areas over the last 10 years or so. My family all agreed that this has been our favorite place so far. We loved the location, the pool and the outdoors, despite the heat, was great as well. The house was well-stocked with condiments, spices, etc. I noticed that the host has other properties in the area and will be checking those out in the future.

We’ve chosen to stay at this home three times while visiting Arizona. The home is perfect with a great pool to enjoy. There’s a small air pump for mattresses, pool towels, a fridge with water and soda and always a beautiful bottle of wine. Well done, you will not be disappointed.

Exceeded all expectations!

Just a lovely place for our family (grandparents, kids, grandkids) to spend spring break. Everything we needed was there. great BBQ pit and kids loved the swim up lunch bar. Heated pool was WONDERFUL at any hour. Easy drive to horseback riding for all ten of us (ages 7-75) and to the Saguaro National Forest.

We enjoyed our 7 days at the house. Pool was awesome and set to 93 for us. The house was clean and close to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again.

Host was also very responsive and accommodating for the group.

This house is absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing and the host, Christian is fantastic. I honestly only look for homes owned by this host when we come to Chandler because I know exactly what I am getting. The pool has a swim up bar and a grill in the middle of it. Christian heated the pool to very warm for us since the weather was only in the high 60s. My son loved fishing off of the little dock area too. I just cannot say enough good things...if you are thinking about this place, the answer is yes! There is a park behind his property as well and it is a safe, beautiful neighborhood to walk in. He has a mini fridge stocked for you upon arrival and he has everything well stocked. Toilet paper, salt and pepper, laundry soap, etc. Thank you Christian! We will be back in the Fall.

The property was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Christian was an excellent host and very responsive when needed. We would rent this house again.

Great amenities and floor plan!

We were looking for a rental close to our home in Sun Lakes that had a pool and could accommodate some of our large family visiting for the holiday. This home was like winning the lottery! Everything you see in the photos is spot on and even better. Christian is the perfect host and thought of every amenity to make our stay fun. So many things were provided such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels, a mini refrig with bottled water and soda and a fully stocked kitchen. Add the wonderful pool area, sunset view and very high end finishes inside to equal a true paradise destination!

Amazing property. If I could give it ten stars , I would! I have a high threshold for cleanliness and this place was spotless. There were pool towels, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent , etc … the list goes on .It was stocked! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets / blankets were very cozy. The pool is gorgeous, warm and beautiful! My son had a great time fishing with the fishing rods provided and caught enormous Carp. That made his trip! The layout of the home couldn’t be any better . Spacious, large eating area, kitchen , office and living room. Christian emailed me back quickly with a couple questions I had. We don’t have another reason to come back to Chandler, but are considered a second trip, in the future , just to stay here !

Our whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Communication was quick and very detailed. The house had everything we needed and more. Pool was perfect and covered patio was perfect on our hot days. Mornings were awesome sitting on lawn chairs by the lake, having coffee and watching all the birds arrive exactly the same time everyday.

Great host, very seamless process from start to finish! What an incredible home loaded with so many thoughtful amenities and toiletries. Did not want for anything! We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool/grill area and gathering around the huge kitchen island with friends. Would definitely love to stay again!!

We had the priviledge of staying at this home last week Was everything we expected and more. The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need or want The view was amazing The lake the pool, the outside was just what you would hope for. and Christian was great. He was helpful anf right there when you needed something. Would absolutely stay here again

This is one of the nicest homes i have had the pleasure of staying at. The photos don’t do the property justice. We stayed here for a nearby wedding - the house is very large and we had no problem accommodating three families with a couple of teenagers. The host includes so many thoughtful touches, like a fridge stocked with water and soda. Christian was extremely responsive when we needed help. I highly recommend this property for anyone needing space for a larger group. I would definitely stay again!

This was my first time using VRBO. We were celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday and our group consisted of three almost 30 year olds, four 40 year olds, and two 50 year olds. We had no children in our group but had two children visit for a few hours and they enjoyed the pool. Christian was a perfect host. He was patient and answered all of my questions and communication with him was prompt. Once we got to the house, we were able to text back and forth if needed. We loved the house! I think we are ruined for all other VRBO rentals. The house is large and perfect for a large family or group of friends. It was clean and well furnished. The bedrooms and bathrooms had Pottery Barn linens and the bathrooms were well stocked with ALL toiletries and hair dryers. The bedrooms feel very private from each other and when some of our group stayed up late using the pool table, we couldn’t hear it in the bedrooms. The sound system throughout the house and patio was top notch. The pool area was relaxing and definitely a great entertainment area. We are from the PNW so the pool was a major selling point for us. We were in it over 12 hours a day. One of the best things about the pool area is that it overlooks the lake and is so open. We didn’t use the outdoor grill or fire pit. Thank you, Christian, for such a wonderful house and experience. We will be back!

4 adult couples went to chandler to celebrate 40th birthdays and take a parents week off. The house was great- spacious, pool with bar was perfect for hanging out and huge kitchen was perfect to have a private chef come cook a four course meal for us. Also enjoyed the pool table, sound system, covered outdoor table, fire pit and beautiful lake view. Close to downtown chandler which was super fun and golf courses. Would very highly recommend for adults or older kids! Toddlers would love the sun shelf but there wouldn’t be room for grade school age kids to splash and play. It’s more of a chill pool which was absolutely perfect for us. Such a great rental property and attention to detail was evident. Toothbrushes in bathrooms, a book of how to use everything, a stocked mini fridge, and all of the appliances one could need to name a few.
