We really enjoyed our stay. House is well set out with all amenities needed. Host was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and felt safe.

Had a great stay at this charming home in Humble Texas . The home was clean comfortable and cozy and was in a good location close to restaurants and freeways and the IAH airport. The host was easy to reach and made our visit with family one we will cherish .

The bungalow was perfect for our family after a long road trip. The local area has lots of good food options and Megan couldn't have been more gracious or helpful as a host. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house I a quiet neighborhood. The water was nice and hot. The kitchen has everything you need, including coffee! There is plenty of room to spread out with two living rooms, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. For the price, it is a great deal! Thank you, host!

Lovely property. The verandah was where we spent the majority of our time. Unfortunately the kitchen is not very well equipped, making cooking anything but the absolute basics difficult. Overall, a lovely and peaceful stay

The home embraces vintage charm and has plenty of space for family. The host is responsive and nice. The neighborhood is quaint and nearby everything you might need. The house is just across the street from the Humble Museum. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It felt cozy but had plenty of room for everyone. I especially liked the small room (office) which I used as my makeup room. Beds were comfortable, the hall bathroom had a great deep tub, and the kitchen with the awesome pantry were nice. Hosts responded quickly when contacted. We will stay here again if we ever need a VRBO in the Houston area.

I was looking for a place to stay over the weekend for a wedding I was in town for. My friend, the bride, and I booked this to be close to the venue. Megan was super accommodating to all our special requests, which we had a lot with all the wedding chaos! :). The home was lovely and clean. We had a minor ant issue in the kitchen and the garbage disposal wasn't working, but Megan was quick to reach out and got the ball rolling to rectify them. It was a super hot weekend, so the AC did struggle a little if there was any type of additional heat sources, (people, curling irons, etc:)). Totally would recommend and would come back! Thank you Megan!

Megan was an excellent host, right down to promptly over nighting a lap top we left behind. The house was very clean and well air conditioned in the Houston heat...very roomy. The two bathrooms were a plus also! I highly recommend this venue in quaint downtown Humble, Texas!

The house was perfect for 3 adults, and would be a great house for a couple with children too. House was very clean, plenty of space, and has a wonderful front porch! Location was great, we visited family in Kingwood, close to downtown Houston, and super close to airport. Would highly recommend if your staying in the area.

We walked into this cute bungalow and it was immaculate! There is a lot of space to spread out and have privacy, especially if one isn't staying with family. The communication between the host and renter was fabulous. There was never a question that wasn't answered quickly. Truly an enjoyable stay. We will be back.

Fully renovated with modern, full-size appliances, including washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything imaginable. We didn’t need to use any of it since we brought our own dishwasher detergent , laundry soap and dryer sheets. I was so impressed with the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom with the shower I ordered our own from Amazon when we got home. We spent most of our time in the den and watching a very large flatscreen TV. The area seems to be so safe that many people park on the street. Our daughter went for walks every morning, usually to Dollar General several blocks away, to pick up things like breakfast cereal. There is almost no traffic in the area but it’s not far to get to main thoroughfares making it easy to get around. We took the family to Houston Interactive Aquarium and Animal Preserve, ate at Humble City Café with eight nearby family members, Sharky‘s Waterfront Grill, and bought flowers at the nearby Humble Flower Shop for our granddaughter’s graduation. A very unique, interesting area.

This beautiful bungaló was perfect for our stay! It was cozy and quiet. The house was extremely clean, which is top priority for me. The water pressure in the showers is great. This house had everything we needed! Thank you for being so accommodating!!!

Cozy cottage in cute older neighborhood with mature trees. I slept great, but the bed was too soft for my husband’s back. Also, very minor detail, but we stayed over Christmas and missed having a tree. We managed without by drawing one on the chalkboard :) Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Very cute house and clean as a pin! Although we took with us what we needed, everything was provided. Next time we will just bring clothes! Will reserve again for future family functions in the area.

We rented this home for a week. It is so cute, and spacious! Lots of “old house” charm, but well updated. I loved that they provided some baby gear, and a few toys. There was plenty of space for my littles to play. We didn’t even utilize the sitting room. Megan was very responsive to every communication. There was a small issue that came up (outside of anyone’s control), and she addressed it right away, and even sent us treats as an apology! She offered to refund us if we choose to cancel our stay, but we didn’t find that necessary. The kitchen is fairly well stocked for cooking, as far as utensils and dishes, which I always appreciate in a rental! If the need ever arises again for me to stay in Houston, I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this house. It was perfect for my family of four that includes two small children.

Overall it was good and we had a wonderful stay. A few things need upgrading and garbage disposal did not work Parking was not what we expected.
