Over all the hotel was in good condition and “ most “ of the staff were very welcoming and helpful . The two members of staff that were really helpful and in my opinion should hold management positions were Bern and Micheal . These 2 stopped us from feeling like thieves and calmed the situation on many occasions

The hotel managers were absolutely useless in managing the staff and information , I stayed 3 nights and every day/evening was accosted by a different member of staff wanting me to settle my bill ! This was embarrassing and frustrating as the initial manager that checked us in couldn’t take a room deposit as their machine was broken so it was agreed that I settle on checkout , however this wasn’t passed on to the next manager who instructed his staff to peruse me , again day 2 different managers telling his staff and again the following day resulting in a very stressful time

Cleanliness, friendliness, breakfast has an excellent variety.

A little far from but transport is really cheap so its ok

I like their bed and pillows, they’re so comfortable. The hotel is so clean and smells really good. Their staff are all friendly and accommodating. Though their breakfast buffet seems lacking in choices, but they really taste good.

Unfortunately, the room where I stayed had a busted table lamp and the mini bar was locked. Didn’t bother to request it to be opened coz I only stayed for a night but i think it shouldn’t be that way 😊 But over-all, I still enjoyed my stay.

The room was big andcomfortable. Support service at the airport was surprised for us. He served us so nice.

There’s not much food options. Service is a little slow
