Price until I got my bill I had canceled the second night because we were out of tournament and I would be heading home. My bill came to 400.00+dollars. I would like to know why.

1.)Three of the pillows were more like throw pillows in thickness and stiffness- unusable. One was a feather down pillow which was usable. 2.) the blinds in the windows are not darkening blinds therefore even when closed the white plastic transmits a lot of light.

Suite was spacious and it had all what was needed.

Nothing. All was great.

Everything was clean and worked as expected.

I didn’t research enough but there are no elevators. There was no openings on the first floor so I had to navigate stairs to the second floor.

Great Location - staff was great - easy in and out - security was good

I made a reservation for 2 adults and one pet and was shown a price which I accepted and paid - the day after checking in I got another $54 charge without explanation - so I asked the staff and was told this was the pet fee. It should have been in the price quotation that was offered and I accepted. ALSO my wife spilled somthing on the floor - and when she used water to clean it up with one of the washcloths - dirt on the floor transferred to the formerly pure white wash cloth - and it became BLACK!!!!!!

The location was great. Close to everything. Very convenient.

Hair in the bathtub, top of the toilet was not clean. The part above the lid. I would recommend putting a big towel bar on the wall in the bathroom and recommend a bar in the bathtub as well. Not enough places to hang up towels and shower cap. I also would recommend getting a couple of bigger pots and a cookie sheet for cooking. Defeats the purpose in having a kitchen when you cannot cook too much.

Very nice place would have loved to stay longer, definitely felt like being at home. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was amazing as far as the physical building and rooms went. The location was great, very quiet and low traffic off the main road. Very comfortable

The staff, specifically the live in "manager" im not sure what she was. Her name is Sydney, my father died whom lives outo f state, i was gone for 4 days planning his funeral and planning what to do with his things while i was there. She knew this, i paid when i came back, within 5 minutes of paying over $700 she made us leave and has yet to let me get my things. It's been 4 days and ive been without my medication, my kids medications, clothes, our food, weve lived in the car because she wont refund my money, now oyr stuff has been stuck because she wouldnt let me get it so now they wont give me a refund. But i'll contact corporate. I've emailed the COO, CEO and CFO on linked in, we shall see, if nothing is done i'll update everyone with thier email address.....this manager was screaming and yelling called me fat@$$ B-word. AL BC I WAS LATE DUE TO MY FATHER DYING BUT SHE GOT HER MoNEY PLUS SOME!!!!!

they called me at 10 AM the day of my arrival to cancel my stay due to a sprinkler malfunction the night before. I asked them if they could find me other accommodations or if they had a reciprocal Anna a nearby hotel, and they told me no, basically I was on my own to find accommodations for that evening

The staff and cleanliness were superb. the rooms were perfectly maintained. there were plenty of towels, pots, pans..that’s right a full kitchenette for the same price as other low quality accommodations and all as if it was built yesterday. never has my family and I been so happy about staying away from home. it truly is a great place to be.

No office visit needed. love the digital key! air conditioner worked well. loved the on the wall tvs for extra space

curtains would be good for sleeping in. had a leak in the bathroom sink and melted cheese in the microwave

the property was in a good location and great value for the money and it was very nice and clean and great staff Beth and Sydney were great people and helped me out with everything I really enjoyed my time at the property.
