The home was beautiful and clean. The home was also close by to a lot of restaurants and beaches. We did encounter some issues with the security system going off, but the owner was quick to help resolve the issue. Overall, me, my family, and friends were very happy with the experience.

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was even nicer than the pictures show. We had everything we could possibly need, beach and pool towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, pool and beach toys, a fully stocked kitchen, a second fridge in the garage, and my husband and brother in law loved the blackstone grill. I'm going to have to get one for my husband for his birthday!
The layout was great with more than enough space for the 11 of us. Our 3 teenage boys loved having the upstairs to themselves. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone, including one out by the pool. Every room had a smart tv, including out by the pool. There's no shortage of entertainment.
The location was just over 10 minutes to the 2 beaches we love the most. It's also close to shopping and we found some pickleball courts nearby. Mark was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions we had.
We've stayed in many rentals and this one is the best one we've been to! It was clean and well maintained, with all the comforts of home. Its obvious they pay attention to the details. I hope we have the opportunity to stay there again!

House was beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was there.
Needs new beach chairs though.
Owner was always responsive and very pleasant.
Location is superb for beaches, restaurants, famous Armand Circle for shopping,Mote Aquarium, Sarasota Jungle, Movie Theater ,Boat cruises.
We loved our stay and highly recommend to all!

Family of 15 all age ranges fit us perfect. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Area was quiet and clean.

Incredible stay at an incredibly beautiful place that is very conveniently located almost everything in a Sarasota area. Communication was phenomenal. Place was absolutely spotless and very well maintained.

Our travel group of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) LOVED this beautiful house! The ceilings are soaring which you cannot tell from the pictures. There is plenty of space for everyone to have their separate areas, but a ton of shared living space for gathering together. The pool and hot tub were huge highlights! This is a very clean, well-equipped home with a respectful and super responsive owner! The location could not have been better being in the quiet neighborhood of Hudson Bayou-we felt very safe. We walked to dinner many nights in Southside Village and we were a short drive to beaches and other attractions (we visited The Ringling, Sarasota Jungle Garden, Mote Aquarium, and St. Armand's Circle). If you are visiting Sarasota, don't hesitate to book this home!

First of all, the pictures do not do justice to this house. It is so spacious! Enough room for all 7 of us to feel comfortable. The pool was the highlight, but the kitchen was great. So many beach accessories! Easy walking to a few nice restaurants (Veronica’s and Serving Spoon ate great) and Morton’s grocery store. Easy driving to all major attractions. Can’t say enough great things!

We had a wedding in Sarasota. Stay was wonderful with a private pool and hot tub. Was able to do alot of the cooking in the VRBO. Plenty of room. The pictures online do not do this home justice. Huge kitchen, everything you needed to cook. Close to shopping and entertainment. Thank you for sharing your home.

This property is perfect! There is everything you need for a large family. The rooms are spacious and plenty of room to spread out and then some. We went to the beach with the chairs, coolers and umbrellas provided. Plenty of linen for everyone of our family of 14. The kitchen is well stock with quality appliances and cooking utensils. My family was completely thrilled with this property. On a side note there are resturants, coffee shops and a gourmet grocery store within walking distance that are worth a visit. We will definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful vacation!

Everything about this property was outstanding! Fantastic location, close to restaurants and a great gourmet market and close to the beaches, Armand Circle and downtown Sarasota. Beautiful home, clean, great pool and fantastic space for a family get together. Fully stocked with all you could need. You can’t ask for a better host than Mark; regardless of the question he responded quickly to texts, addressed every request and walked me through certain processes. We do intend to stay here again!!

Rented this house for my sons wedding in sarasota. The house is great an accommodated our family ( 4 couples and 1 infant). The 2nd floor was great for my son and his new baby. The great room became our gathering place. The location is perfect and the house is great.

This house was amazing, the location was amazing, the neighborhood was amazing. We have nothing bad to say here. Mark was the best host we have ever had, very nice, honest, helpful and does exactly what he says he will do. Our crew had an amazing time; we are all still talking about it and how perfect the house was. The pool and hot tub were amazing, too. We have all said that we would rent this house with Mark again, in a heartbeat, no questions asked. House was well stocked, as well. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our stay, and our standards have been raised. :)

Fabulous vacation home
At first the door code didn't work to enter the home. Mark was able to fix it and communicated well with me. I appreciated how stocked the home was! The home had beach towels, pool toys, goggles, and kitchen dishes/utensils for us to use. We had a wonderful vacation there.

Perfect location, very nice property.
The pictures do not give justice to how nice this property is. Very spacious and well-equipped and in a lovely location which is close to shops, restaurants and bars whilst being a short drive away from 2 fantastic beaches (Siesta Key and Lido Key) Will definitely return.

Excellent!!
This property was wonderful! The house was perfect for our family stay. Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone. The screened in pool was perfect!! Our family had an absolutely fantastic time. The house is in a great location and the owner of the property was very nice and pleasant to work with.

Fantastic Home
Everything about this rental was fantastic. It's beautiful and spacious. Its kitchen is very well equipped, and there were all sorts of beach/pool toys, chairs, towels, etc. The enclosed pool, hot tub, eating area, and outdoor TV make for the perfect warm-weather getaway. Mark was an exceptional host. We had a few questions for him, and he was incredibly prompt and helpful.

great house. wish the hot tub worked as listed
stayed here when I got married in Sarasota for some privacy away from hotel guests. I was expecting my feet to hurt from being in uncomfortable shoes all day and night so I was hoping to hit the hot tub after but despite getting the owner on the phone wasn't able to get it to function. that was a bummer. lovely house otherwise. would definitely stay again if the hot tub works. other than that 5 stars

College friends reunite
The property was wonderful--The great room enabled all of us to hang out together and be comfortable. Pool was an added delight. Location was walkable to Selby Gardens, restaurants, food store. Would love to return to Sarasota, and this home. A good time was had by all!

Great choice for our family vacation!
Absolutely lovely home! This was a family trip of 11 adults. Great location and close to so many beaches, Siesta Keys and so much more. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone. Enough beds for everyone. Didn’t need futon or sofa bed. The home owner was very kind and quick to respond to all communication. House was equipped with all we needed. Will definitely remember if we return to Sarasota. Thanks Mark for making our trip perfect. We loved it!!

Sarasota Beach Getaway Girl's Trip
Overall the house was in good condition. The patio and patio furniture was covered in mold. This really needs a good cleaning. There was no garage door opener. The listing needs to include that there are two couches that open into beds. More toilet paper and tissues. The televisions were difficult to use, confusing remotes. There is no heat source for the hot tub.

Absolutely Perfect!
The home was beautiful, much more spacious and pristine than the pictures suggested. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out! The swimming pool was beautiful, and the lounge area offered tons of seating. Great communication with fast response for any questions. It was the perfect location with easy access to local beaches, shopping, and restaurants. This trip was one of our favorites, and we hope to rent this home again! One of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had!
