THIS was a great place to stay those old hideous photos need to be removed because this place is hands down the top notch. I let the owner know that the inaccurate photos were on Booking.com and they need to be removed.

Nice size condo with a well equipped kitchen. Nice chairs on deck outside. The view is if the parking lot. It was very quiet but that may be the time of the year. The bed was super comfortable. Even my husband slept much longer than usual. Nice water pressure in shower. Easy walk to.the seawall. The owner was very responsive

Hot tub wasn't hot. In fact it was quite cold. I specifically asked office at check in about the hours for the hot tub. One would assume they should have told me that the hit tub was broken

We arrived at the Dawn via taxi. We had come off a cruise ship so wanted somewhere to stash our luggage until we could get into the condo. the staff in the clubhouse were most helpful in this.

The condo was not super clean. The hide a bed needed some tweeking by my husband before our grandson could sleep on it. It appeared to have been jumped on as some of the bars were bent.

Everything was really nice and it was clean it was perfect

The room is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. Will be back next year and will stay longer.

It was centrally located. So close to the beach.

The dryer never dried our clothes and the sink in the restroom was stopped up maybe put out some hangers.

This is the most spacious condo we have stayed in in galveston. Huge bed. Pull out couch bed and a twin pop-up bed. Plenty room for my 4 person family. Full sized kitchen, washer and dryer. The pool was awesome! There was a lot of rules. We had to do the dishes and strip our own bed, which I've never had to do at a rental before, but not hard to do. The bedroom was brighter than we are used to, there was nothing we could do about it. But the ac worked well. The dryer wasn't working when we stayed but I talked to the owner who said they were awaiting an arrival of a new dryer a few days after we arrived, so that shouldn't be an issue for more than a couple days from now. Overall, a good experience. We will definitely consider staying here again.
