La habitación deplorable.Colchones súper incómodos y viejisimos.No pude dormir.

The restaurant and its staff were ok but food isnt great unfortunately.

The room didn’t have minibar as stated in the description and still the staff were unable to solve this. The hairdryer when turned on had this very bad smell with we had to sleep with. Also the bathroom smell like bleach. Found small rests of food on the floor.

Expecting more for 4 star hotel. Shower water was leaking so water was all over the floor. Not clean enough as it was dusty. Also, there were things under the bed meaning it was not cleaned properly.

The breakfast provided by the establishment was delightful, featuring an array of options to cater to various tastes and preferences. Additionally, the inclusion of the breakfast deal with the stay was an excellent value. However, the dinner experience at the establishment's restaurant was disappointing. The limited menu options failed to satisfy, and the quality of the dishes served was subpar. The salmon had a stale odor, and the chicken was overly salted. The cost of the meal did not justify the poor quality appearing to be frozen and reheated. It came as no surprise that the restaurant appeared to be deserted, as it failed to deliver satisfying meals
