A comfortable place, however needs a few updates and refreshment. Pavers need to be resealed although nice pool area. and A/C vents needed cleaning. My family had a great time and the management company was very attentive to our needs.

This house was great, we loved the open concept of the living room and kitchen area, it even had some games to play. Each bedroom was spacious and clean. The backyard was also great, plenty of seating and a nice size pool, lawn area too. Had a well stocked shed in the backyard with beach chairs/ toys/ floats which was an added bonus!

It was a pleasant stay. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking space. Great ambiance. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The property was exactly what we expected! Very clean and spacious. Will definitely book again if in the Pompano Beach area in the future!

Overall great house! Perfect for our girls trip to hang out. Only complaint would be the neighborhood was questionable at times, but great easy walk to beach. House had everything you could need and property managers always had a quick response!

We booked this home for a family Thanksgiving get together. It is a beautiful and welcoming home. We had a fabulous stay. The communication with the host was great. I highly recommend this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great for our party of 10. Close by to local restaurants, bars, nightlife and Beach spots. Pool and backyard were great for entertainment when wanting to stay in. Only negatives would be not enough towels for the full party of 10, grill propane and spare bottle were empty (which were replaced later in the day by house keeping) and the hot tub seemed to have a lot of chemicals and ruined 3 of the ladies bathing suits.

Broken shades in every bedroom/living room, broken toilet seat, towel racks and toilet paper racks broken off the walls, closet doors broken, the hot tub was disgustingly dirty snd wasn’t usable at all, water levels were very low. Also the trash was overflowing from previous renter and then other trash was left out near pool when we arrived. We had to have a maintenance person come out the second day of our trip and asses the situation (he was wonderful! First night person was coming to fix toilet which interrupted our trip. Someone also came while we were sleeping and filled up our pool. Did not feel safe with someone st our house while we were unaware. Great house but would never recommend for lack of care to property. Would love to speak to someone about this.

We had a great time here. We had a group of eight and we had more than enough room to spread out and relax. New pool toys, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, bbq and more for us to use. Loved the large back yard with pool. Location was great, a very short drive to the beach and even closer to restaurants and pubs. Will absolutely stay here again.
