I paid for a ocean front view and I couldn’t really see the ocean with out leaning over the rail to see it

The price for the ocean front view hidden fees had to pay to park my car didn’t have a option. The fire alarm went off at 9-9:30am this morning and for that was told I can check out at 11:30 instead of 11, we all were outside for more 30 minutes. I felt extremely rushed. My wife and daughters were extremely excited to stay there but in the end we all felt very disappointed, we didn’t even get to go swimming in pool.

It is very close to the beach and not very crowded.

I had to call to get my room cleaned. The beach view from the room is not good.

From start to finish we had a wonderful stay. The Front Desk staff were exceptional, the room and balcony were beautifully designed and lovely. The valet service and system as well as all of the valets were friendly, accommodating and efficient. The beach was wonderful. The vehicle to deliver and stack beach chairs was a brilliant addition for the hard-working guys on the beach. It made their job possible in the heat. All hotel operations functioned well.

The add-on fees are offensive. $34 + Tax to park in addition to a $20 Resort Fee. Also $25 for an umbrella is an exorbitant cost. There should be more options for viewing on the TV. Very little channel selection.

The view is beautiful, and the room is clean.

The pillows are very hard. We made a request to change our remote tv (9am), but we were told the " not disturb sign" couldn't be at the door. Right away, we went upstairs and removed it ( and let the front desk know). Five hours later, the remote wasn't charged. I called the front desk and was put on hold for a while. I finished eating and called back 3 more times, and nobody picked up the phone. I decided to go downstairs and asked for a new remote control, and I was blamed for having the sign of " do not disturb" atcthe door. When I was very clear at the front desk, that sign was removed right away.

The breakfast and the room was fantastic. The staff is always super educated

No microwave in the room, just a super little freeze and the nothing to do on the beach (the chairs services close so early)

Evening personel in restaurant was knowledgable and friendly.

Check in was horrible. Room was on top floor, besides the loud airco other sounds of machinery in the room, flickering light from smoke detector (cannot be switched off). I arrived through the back entrance door to breakfast room and got told off immediately for not reporting at the hostess. The only thing that the hotel seems to be interested in is your money.

We enjoyed the place and the location. On arrival were met by an amazing reception representative.

We did not in any form or shape appreciate the lack of information about the amenities (pool, beach area) service and use times at booking. The area has many hotels to choose from and had I known the pool and hot tub would close as dusk or that chairs and umbrellas at the beach would not be available after 6 pm, I would have not spend thousands if dollars on this hotel. In addition, booking shows pictures of a tabletop fireplace relaxing area which was completely missing and was the reason we chose this hotel and not the residence in next door. And the biggest concern we had was the service at the restaurant and the rudeness of certain waiters at that area. Not only will I not book at this place again, but now I will think twice on booking at other Marriott hotels due to this experience.

There where restaurants close by...good location.

The gal who checked us in did not speak English ...thick accent. She first put my friend & I in a room w/a queen. We had to go back to lobby & request a room w/2 beds. I put that on the booking.com reservation. She was NOT helpful AT ALL!

The room was spacious & clean and the bed was COMFY and the Staff was very courteous especially Karim!! Overall everyone gets a 5-STARS!!!

We enjoyed the beach, service, and the fireworks.

Everything was great. We had a wonderful time at our stay.
