Terrible staff. Hour to check us in. Said they needed to check rooms before we could get a key. Breakfast was coffee, NO cream and a muffin. Homeless people living there. Halls smell terrible. Absolutely rediculous.

I was charged for 3 nights but there weren’t any rooms & booking hasn’t refunded my money back yet. Terrible selling rooms & scamming people out of money!

Was not far at all from Florida office.

Room had roaches. No kind of security. I kept my gun on my side each time I went out cause the exit doors would be propped open with rocks or sticks for anyone to access. Parking was horrible after 6 pm. Staff was not rude but also were not helpful. And breakfast was a joke, just muffins and grain bars. The faucet handle was broken in the bathroom. Power sockets in the bathroom didn't work. Some of the lights in the room didn't work. Wasn't given the wifi info upon check-in. Shall I go on? Looks like they haven't hired anyone to take care of the grass,trees, and bushes for months. And the gym, lol, was a bigger joke than the breakfast. This hotel needs to be 1000% renovated or torn down and a brand new, better, and more secure one built in its place. Never stayed at one of these extended stays, and it was this bad. Picture included is of the lizard that lives in the stairwell. He is getting big off the roaches. 😆 🤣 😂

I booked online, walking in it smelled like weed. The girl at the desk was busy on her cell phone. I should’ve took that as a sign not to stay. The floors were dirty and needed to be mopped and vacuumed. Lots of bug’s kept coming into the room.

Staff at the desk were very rude and unfriendly, except Kevin (who was working Friday morning). I tried to check out Thursday evening, the girls at the desk told me they didn’t know how. I’d have to wait until tomorrow, so i returned, they couldn’t print a receipt because they were struck by lightning. If you wanted more towels or clean towels you had to take them to the front desk to exchange them. They would tell you they were out of towels. The breakfast was some granola bars, and oatmeal. The gym was a treadmill. No coffee machine was in the room, i asked for one they didn’t have any. This place is a nightmare, don’t waste your money. I booked 4 days with booking.com i sent an email to customer service asking how to check out the next day an get a refund, they replied to talk to staff at the hotel, but you couldn’t staff were either MIA or rude.

The parking lot of the hotel needs better lighting. there no one work after hours, if something happens call 911. I was given a handicap room that was next to the elevator and was told I would change room the following morning,that never happen. The iron or telephone worked in the room, I reported it nothing happen. There was only light snacks for breakfast.

Elevators were not working and I had to take the stairs too the 3rd floor.

Exceeded expectations. Great bed, kitchen and television line up for the cable. Staff ver responsive. Great value...
