The property is in the perfect location to explore L’Ecusson, the city center. One can also catch the tram close by to explore all of Montpellier, or a train to further destinations with 10 minutes’ walk to Gare de Montpellier St Roch. The view from the balcony, and really the whole apartment, is beautiful. Mme Chaigneau is a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was much larger than photos showed, our only slight issue was height of mezzanine bedroom, as my partner is 6'2", and even for me at 5'7" we both had to duck! Fantastic views being on 11th floor, but actually relatively quiet as it is on top of main Polygone shopping centre. Marianne's husband met us and showed us around flat, explaining where everything was. Checkout was simple too. Wed definitely stay here again! Thanks to Marianne for all her help with the questions I had before we arrived including direction from St Roch station.

Marianne is a wonderful host. Very responsive, flexible and accommodating. The property could not be more central and it is a great base for exploring this lovely city. The apartment is well equipped with all the things you will need for a great stay, including air conditioning. The flat has convenient parking, and it is quite reasonably priced. The bathroom had a smell, but I am sure this will get fixed quickly.

We loved the convenient location of this wonderful flat with a great view. Modern amenities, ultra-clean, and easy to walk to from the train station. Marianne responded quickly to all communication and was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this modern apartment for eight nights while visiting Montpellier. The host was proactive in contacting us about check-in and immediately responded to questions. The flat was very comfortable, with an amazing view over the city. Location was perfect, close to the train station and trams, a 1 minute walk to Comedie and the old town. Definitely recommend.

This apartment is right in the middle of everything wonderful about Montpellier, especially the sky-high view of the city from the balcony. The train station is an easy 5-10 minute walk (there’s a shorter route than Google offers). The Polygone shopping center with a large Monoprix supermarket is steps away. We walked the narrow streets of the old city every evening along with so many locals to eat and drink and enjoy the beautiful weather. When we wanted to go further out, the tram is also close by and so easy to use. The apartment is well-equipped for cooking. The restaurants in the area were so good and so inexpensive we didn’t even try to make an entire meal but enjoyed the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. We didn’t use the air conditioning much, but we needed it once, and it cooled the place really well. The bath, toilet, beds, and clothes washer were are wonderful as well, and consumables were in sufficient supply. Marianne actually met us at the apartment on our arrival. She showed us how to get in and how everything worked. We’ve always felt that having a host who lives nearby is a great bonus and provides just a little more comfort that if there’s a problem, someone will tend to it. She also was helpful with suggestions about activities and events going on the week we were there. We loved our time in Montpellier, and this apartment helped us get the most out of our time here with restful nights, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to the city.

Alors le monsieur qui s’occupe de l’appartement est très sympa très accueillant très aimable nous avons adoré ce séjour très bon emplacement tout est à côté idéal pour passer des vacances de rêves L’appartement est nickel un très bon duplex à ses grands très bien éclairé tout est prop moi ce qui m’a le plus plus c’est la salle de bain idéal Pour passer un moment de relaxation avec un jacuzzi est juste à côté une douche italienne vraiment très bon moment je vous conseille très fortement ce logement !!!! Je remercie le monsieur est la dame bonne journee
