We had a great stay at this home! It was spotlessly clean, indoor & out. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the pool & yard. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well laid out floor plan. Property exceeded our expectations. All four of us loved walking out of the patio door into a pool that was a perfect temperature. Pool towels were conveniently located right by the door. We purchased our own floaties at a nearby Target. Virtually, everything you may need is within 5-10 minutes of the house. Moving an ASU freshman in, that is HUGE! We would recommend the Wildflower restaurant which was perfect for healthy options and great food. The Crepe bar is where you need to go for breakfast. The block may have a cookie cutter feel when you pull in, but the home well exceeds its curb appeal . We hope to book again when visiting our daughter!

Absolutely loved it! The whole family loved it We couldn’t have found a better home for our family to stay in. The home accommodations were great the host was great as well. They would respond fast whenever I had a question I would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you again for the great stay

Thanks for a clean home that was comfortable for all of us! The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. We absolutely loved the pool and putting green to entertain us all day. Some suggestions to make the stay even better for your next guests, replace out all for the bath towels, washcloths, etc. and the fan in the small bathroom needs to be replaced. We loved having some of the basic needs covered for us, example; laundry soap and dryer sheets. You could add cellophane and foil which is always needed in the kitchen. Thank you for the hospitality, it was a lovely week in the sunshine!

We rented this property for a Girls getaway and we were not disappointment. The home beautifully decorated and clean. Everything we needed was there including toiletries and plenty of towels. Beds were super comfortable. We didn't cook so not sure about the cooking supplies but everything that we needed was there except for the big trash. We couldn't find that. Location was great and if I was headed back to Tempe I would reserve this house again.

The house is nice, everything is provided in the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen, we only had to purchase our groceries. The patio is nice and the swimming pool was awesome. Peter was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. There were five adults, one teenager, one child and one infant and we never felt crowded. We it is close to all stores. Awesome place to relax!

The stay overall was good and Peter was good with replying to any questions/concerns that we had. There were a few things that keep this from being an excellent stay. The first day we got there the pool heater was set at 113 degrees, the water was greenish, and there was a dead bird at the bottom of the pool. We were unable to swim in it that first day, however when the pool guy came, he was able to fix the temperature and added chemicals to the pool to make it clear. Although my family and I were advised that the heat is only for the winter, the pool guy, did confirm it was on and advised that it was unusual that it was on. The furniture was also a bit torn up and the cushions had a few stains. The table w/ chairs in the photo were not there and the fireplace w/ chairs displayed in the photos were not put together or anywhere to be seen either. Altogether, it was a good stay. The mini golf and corn hole game was a plus too.

OMG the house was immaculate everything you see in the pictures is what I saw when I opened the door, The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with any and everything we needed including two bags of ice. The bathrooms were fully stocked with all travel essentials that you may need. The backyard was absolutely amazing my grandchildren enjoy the pool all day and the adults enjoy the pool at night. However I don't know if the fire pit was actually working we didn't use that. I would definitely book this place again for my next visit

We really enjoyed the stay and it was so peaceful. I did wish there was a TV in all the rooms but maybe that was good for us! We loved all of the small touches like games (indoor and outdoor) and some daily necessities were already there. We spent lots of time in the pool and there was lots of room.

We really enjoyed our stay in AZ. The pool was perfect for my kids and we loved playing corn hole and mini golf.
