These cabins were absolutely perfect for our youth group! We had 16 of us and it worked out great with the girls and guys having their own cabins. Everyone was so impressed with how clean the cabins were, the amount of space we all had and all the fun games. Very happy with the price for long weekend we had! We will definitely be back!

The two cabins were perfect for our multi-generational family of 17. The little kids loved the bunk rooms and the grown-ups all had lovely bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We particularly enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, the yard for lawn games and the hot tub. Location felt remote (that's a good thing!) but was very accessible to town and Dollywood. We cooked all our meals and the kitchens were lightly but sufficiently stocked. The house had a few glitches from lots of use, but nothing major that got in the way our comfort or fun. The host was the kindest and best communicator.

Our entire family of 18 rented both cabins and stayed 6 nights and had the best time while we were there! The location is perfect. Close enough to everything but secluded for privacy. We had a fire every night, cooked a few times on the grill and gazed at the moon stars. Beds were very comfortable and house was cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend for large parties/families/friends to vacation and be able to spend quality time together. Hope to come back soon one day!

Overall, our stay was great! From pre-stay communication through check-out, the facility's host was very accommodating and available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend staying here. My one piece of information is to be advised that the driveways are very steep. One vehicle scraped the ground as we unknowingly entered the steep driveway. Other than that, I felt our stay was exactly as described.

We had a great reunion. It was spacious and relaxing with great cooking space. The view was beautiful! Everyone had a great time.

Our family of 20 rented both properties with perfect space for sleeping, lounging and eating. Spacious decks with awesome views allowed good times to overflow outside . The location is very convenient to Knoxville , Pigeon Gorge and Gatlinburg. Fifteen minutes of drive time and we were hiking and soaking up the sun in the mountain streams. Best times were the end of day porch gatherings as the sun set and the cool mountain air rang “It’s Happy Hour!”

Our multi-generational family of 17 enjoyed our stay at both cabins. The configurations of houses and the location was perfect for our family and the owner was very communicative.

We were in Pigeon Forge for a week long baseball tournament at Cal Ripken. Six families shared the two cabins that are about 15 mins (without traffic) from the fields. It was a wonderful experience. The homeowners quickly answered numerous questions from our group before we arrived and while we were there. These cabins were perfect for our big group because our boys could all share a room and the parents had their own space and privacy. The cabins are nicely equipped with entertainment for the kids and ample space outside to play games. Thank you for sharing your cabins with us.

These cabins were perfect for our large family which includes 5 kids ages 12 months to 7 years. We used the larger living & dining space to gather for meals and spent tons of time on both decks playing games and enjoying the hots tubs. The fire pits are in great spots and got shaded at the perfect time of day for a couple dinner-time cookouts and s’mores. Kelly went far above and beyond in her responsiveness upon check-in and helped us get our bearings with the keypad entry system, once we had that figured out we had no other issues but I have no doubt any hiccups would have been handled promptly. Our one note is that the cabin with the twin-beds bedroom does not have a door on the bedroom and there is a sliding glass door out to the deck and hot tub from that room. Since that particular bedroom is downstairs the curtain on the doorway and the white-noise machine our kids use for sleep was sufficient in keeping noise levels low for sleeping kids. Additionally, there is a ring alarm system in place on the sliding door which made us feel very secure and comfortable knowing we would hear that alarm if any of the kids attempted to slip out for a late-night dip in the hot tub…..we simply pulled the curtains across that sliding door, made sure it was locked and we had no issues with the kids trying to use that door.

Both homes provide beautiful views of the Smokey mountains. For large parties, the homes are within walking distance of each other, so no one feels disconnected! Kelly answered all questions promptly and was very helpful with suggestions for things to do!

Words can not describe how perfect these two cabins were for our big family. It was absolutely perfect! It was so nice having two cabins right by each other. We were able to accommodate all of our family. We had 1yr olds to 75 yr olds and it was accommodating for everyone. The kids never ran out of things to do. Games, pool tables, game room and plenty of room for outside tag and hide and seek. The views out back are breathtaking. We all woke up to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The location is close by everything. We went to several attractions and it never took us over 15-20 minutes to get there. The owners are super nice and always check in via text. We would highly recommend these cabins for the family!!! We will be back.
