None so far :) we really enjoyed our stay and the one who assisted us is very accommodating :)

Room was comfortable, condo staff was professional and friendly. Close to many restaurants and mall. The boys enjoyed the pool. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had 2 units, one only had a sheet and single throw for the bed. The other room had a sheet and comforter. The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. No response from the caretaker when checking out. Staff from the condo took care of our checkout.

Overall, our stay at 1Tagaytay at Serin was a great experience and a fantastic value for the price. The caretaker was nice and approachable. Lastly, the place was within the vicinity of various malls and landmarks.

The location is a minute away from where im going its just beside the mall and the church. The room is very clean and the owner made a constant reminder about the booking i made. The wifi is fast and good quality tv. The bed is beside the window which is good if you want to wake up with the sunlight and it has black out curtains if you still wanna continue sleeping.
