This property is immaculate! The owners take pride in maintaining it for their guests, which is much appreciated. They are very responsive to questions. We want to come back in the warm months to enjoy the pool and an outdoor movie. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

The property was a hidden little gem. Only 30 miles to Pigeon Forge and Gatinburg. And just a few minutes away from TYS Knoxville airport. Great weekend get away. Wish we had more time to use all of the great included amenities. The huge outdoor movie area was amazing.

The family loved this fun property. The kids loved swimming. The owner invited us to join their family for an Indiana Jones movie at their outdoor theater. It was a perfect night. The individual fires and the surround sound made it better than a movie theater. The boys played foosball anytime we were inside.
A new bathroom with a super fancy shower wasn't listed.. it was just finished. It was a nice bonus!

We chose this property because it was centrally located for us. It was the perfect getaway for our college reunion. The pool and outdoor amenities made for fun day and night. We loved floating in the pool and watching movies on the big screen. The location was close enough to Knoxville outdoor markets and great food. Tony was very accommodating and responsive. We will be booking again. Thanks for everything.

The listing was exactly what the listing showed. The above garage loft was cute, clean and had great electronics. We enjoyed some movies on the big screen with surround sound in the living room. Loved the pool and bike trail area across the road. The place was surrounded by forest and was surprisingly rural but the house was close to the main road and close to a large, historical cemetery. Which I thought was cool.

I could not have asked for a better place nor host. Will definitely be rebooking in the future for other events. Tony was simply wonderful and the space couldn’t have been better or more well equipped.

The property was everything! We enjoyed the pool & the outside theater.. The area was nice and the apt itself was great. The property owner Mr. Tony was very helpful at all times.

It was clean, professional and had every comfort of home! It had plenty of space for everyone plus. This was my first time using Vrbo and im glad we found this place. We didnt have to sacrifice any privacy and the Host was great. I would highly recommend. We didnt have time to use the ourdoor theater (which was a BIG bummer). Thia set the bar for my family using Vrbo. To the host: THANK YOU!

Everything was great and as said ….my only criticism is to replace the pots and pans they are very old and very limited especially the skillet (gross) but everything else was good thanks

This was an amazing experience for us! The house was beautiful and conveniently located. It is a great place to be if you want to see the sunrise through the trees. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable. Would love to come back when weather is warmer to take advantage of the great pool area and outside movie theater. Tony was a great host.

We stayed at this property after flying in late to the Knoxville airport. The place was super cute and very clean! After seeing the pool area and screen for movies, we wished we would have been able to stay longer.

Quiet retreat
We had a great stay and enjoyed the garage apartment. It was laid out nicely and had plenty of space. We made good use of the pool and even watched a movie on the outdoor theater system. Communication with the host was quick and responsive.
Note, this is above a “working” garage so there was definitely some noise (tools, the garage door opening or closing, music, etc) but it didn’t bother us. Families with napping aged kids might want to be aware though.
Location was great, very close to a Food Lion, Richy Kreme donut shop, and good Cuban sandwiches at Aroma cafe. Also super easy to get on the highway to get to Knoxville. We’d be happy to stay here again.

The hospitality of the owners was incredible they make you feel like you have been old friends for years.anytime we go back to Tennessee this is where we will be staying if available.the property makes you feel just like your own home we can't wait to visit again

We spent 8 days vacationing here with two adults and three children. Our accommodation's were great! When we arrived Tony and his wife had a lovely gift basket with filled with goodies for the kids and Chocolate for us! The property was a perfect fit for our family. The foosball table was an instant hit with the kids not to mention the extraordinary movie collection and the pool to take a dip in when we returned back from our daily excursions! The property was clean, spacious and our hosts went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us! We will definitely stay here again in the near future!

Birthday stay
Probably the most outgoing people. We stayed for my daughter 20th birthday and when we arrived on the table was a birthday card and a BIG Hershey chocolate bar. Can not thank them enough.

Comfortable and Great stay
We all loved it. Awesome movie selection and perfect layout for our family of five. Teen boys loved the fusball table. Ordered amazing Cuban takeout for dinner and were very relaxed.
