It is beautiful and elegant. It feels very regal.

The room was big. The sheets were clean and crisp. The hotel had work dating back to when the hotel opened, and President Nixon pictures when he visited.

The bathroom door would not stay open, (personal preference). The water pressure in the shower was weak and didn't get very hot. The bed seemed as if it had metal springs interlinked. When we laid in the bed I was rolled to my husband. The bed was too soft and needs individual support springs.

The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

The lobby decor is very basic and bland and almost every time I get double charged.

It has an old Hollywood charm. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It was very clean and comfortable.

The a/c wouldn’t get lower than 71*F even when we set it lower. I wish room service had more gluten free options as well

I love that they remodeled the hotel without taking away the history.

I asked for a sofa bed and when it was time for bed we realized it was not a sofa bed . We had to move our stuff 2 floors. It was warm in the room it cooled off after a while. The sofa bed did not have covers and I needed to ask for them .
